Always on time. Grat customer service.

I live on the east coast and since you don’t ship Mondays I don’t get my order for 7 days. One of the last two showed up mostly brown and died within days. The 3rd order I placed 9 days ago I still haven’t received as it wasn’t delivered yesterday. While the concept is great, I’ll need to order from a different company in the future. Their response on customer service is fast, but no resolution. If someone lives west coast to mid-west area the product will likely be very good.

Amazing and attractive and no smell! I started this when I adopted a senior dog two years ago, and she took right to it (and her cat siblings use it, too, which is hilarious). So glad I learned about this!

Patio Pet Life has been the perfect solution for my new home. We recently moved from a house with a backyard to one with the only outdoor space being a balcony. My dog loves his weekly fresh grass and so do I!

I absolutely love the large grass I get for my dogs! I really, really appreciate that Patio Pet Life allows you to make a one-time purchase rather than sign up for regular shipments. There is a discount if you choose regular shipments, but I've found that if I water the grass regularly, it lasts about 2-3 months. I love being able to save money when I can and love that I can order it whenever I need it! It's very high quality grass with no soil mess. Thanks, Patio Pet Life!

This is a great product and very well made. Sadly, my little one has never used it and just looks at it. I should have known this would be the case, as she will roam about an area the size of the Hundred Acre Wood before she does business. We have another pup who jumped right up on it and did her thing, but this doggy already uses pee pads and I don't think we'll make the transition from them to the grass.

I have had the service over a year. I recently stopped the service. The final straw was that the grass came reeking of cow manure. I mean reeking. Based on my previous numerous negative interactions with the company, I did not even bother to contact them.
I get the extra large size every two weeks. Every third order there is usually a problem. Grass is a hit or miss. Sometimes it is fresh and green, other times it is yellow. At times it appears soaked in a liquid, other times completely dry. If my dogs eat the grass or the bit of dirt below, they get sick. I believe it is some kind of fertilizer. When I contacted the company to ask, they vehemently denied using any chemical and were quite ugly about it. Other contact with the company regarding various issues has resulted in more of the same- I have not had one interaction that has been courteous or professional. I have found various items in/on the grass- wood chips, mushrooms, inch worms. In addition, the website is difficult to navigate and to track orders. Subscription customers get the same rate as other companies selling the same product, so there is no advantage to using this company over another. Trays are definately cheaper elsewhere.

i like my patio grass. i was wondering if you off a service that helps someone install the new grass and removes the old grass.

I spent so long searching for something that was better than the fake grass alternatives at the pet stores. I read many great reviews about patio pet grass being the best thing to cure terrible smells in fake grass. I’ve got an old dog that has trouble holding it for more than two or three hours and we live on the top floor of an apartment building so taking him down every two hours is hard on not only us but his old body as well. It was delivered faster than I expected and as soon as I set it up both dogs ran outside to use it. I even took the leap and splurged on getting the subscription. I’m so glad I did! The treat and poop bags were even an extra bonus! Thanks for a great invention that continues to send me new grass every few weeks! It’ll save us a lot of pain and effort when soaking and cleaning the fake grass almost every week in the California sun!

Quality is amazing and serivce/delivery right on time. Dog loves it also. Only issue I have is that I ordered a size Large and the grass is so heavy I can barely lift it, and disposing of the old one is just as difficult because they are very heavy. I love the quality though but wish I ordered a smaller one.
