Used to be 5 star but the latest 2 orders have been with a thinner, lighter root bed, which ended up making the grass smell alot faster than it did before

I think it's okay, for pet products, I like to compare.

This is a great product and company. My dog loves the grass and they are so flexible about getting you what you need when you need. Thank you Patio Pet Life!

Product is made of entirely too much wood. My dog just wants to eat it. You're better off buying sod from a local nursery for $5.

So convenient and beyond useful. Great product.

If you are debating which dog pad company to go with, you have found the one. I tried several other companies that shipped dead grass, or grass that would be dead within 3 days and was told it was normal. Patio Pet Life is above and beyond great!!!! Their grass arrives fresh, green, and lush. I have it for two weeks without watering and it is just as green when I go to throw it away. Heavy use from a 10 lb dog and it is wonderfully easy to just throw the top back on and carry down to trash bins in apartment complex whenever new order arrives. Love this company!!!!

Hands down the best grass pad company!! I've been purchasing my Shih Tzu's grass pad from Patio Pet Life for over two years now and just as satisfied as the first order. If there is ever a shipping issue, as it travels from CA to FL, their customer support handles it quickly & professionally. Just cannot say enough about the quality of the grass pad to their customer service!!

Great product, nice tray and great service

I had a bad experience with my last delivery, it arrived damaged and waterlogged. This delivery was so different. Just like I knew it could be ( like from the beginning - 3 years ago) soft lush green grass. My pet jumped on it before I could get it completely down. Thank you PetLife.

I was contacted by Patio Pet Life right away and they promptly took action and applied a refund. Delivery was delayed due to the courier provider so I am satisfied that should I have a problem in the future, Patio Pet Life will work with me to solve the issue and do right by me and my pup! So...thanks PatioPetLife!

By the time the grass arrived, it was in a terrible condition. The grass was mushy and within few days those areas died. This is twice in a row that I am not at all impressed with the quality or how long it took to arrive from CA to WA - 5 days (I was told 3 days when I subscribed)!! So you can imagine the condition of the grass by the time it arrive at my door. I will give it another try but I am not optimistic Patio Pet will deliver a good product.

Since we live in a condo, we have been using the grass pads on our deck for our Aussie for about 3 months. It didn't take her very long to adjust. The pads have been a life saver for us, especially during the quarantine time.

This grass is a game changer when it comes to “doing ya business”. Makes 3rd floor condo living for a pup a piece of cake.

Shipping has been delayed several times now. Similar companies have been taking 3 days for shipping, but here it’s been 5 days minimum. Grass shows up in poor condition and starting to rot due to being wet and rolled on itself. Ends up dying within about 3 days after arrival.

As I have stated on my past reviews, the Patio Pet service is the best I have found after trying several others. The grass roll was slightly wetter and heavier than the last two, however grass itself was actually even nicer. Other services have an issue with overly wet grass because it is heavier and they do not always get the grass roll completely covered with the inner plastic bag. Their boxes are flimsy, get wet, and cannot hold up to the handling when being shipped. Patio Pet, however, has a much stronger, heavy duty box and the grass roll is packed completely in the internal plastic bag. The water from the grass does not leak out to the box making it wet and soggy, and the stronger box, taped with fiber-lined tape, holds up to the shipping real well.
