Update 7th May 2026 - Thanks for the “speedy reply” 😆 I’m not sure what you are talking about, I’m in Cheshire, UK. Obviously just as incompetent as the previous company owners!

I’m not in Cantilever Parasol arrived damaged, followed the process to email them, haven't had the decency to reply so a single email.

UPDATE - 13 June - Had a call from one of the directors today, looking into the issue.

UPDATE - 20th June - Chased for update “backlog of order and staff shortages”

NO UPDATE - 11th July - Still no closer to a resolution, had no update from Patio Life however you can buy one from the website with no backlog! Summer will be over by the time this is resolved!

Have been looking for a new parasol for our garden table and six chairs. Found Patio Life after a google search. They had exactly what we wanted. Size, style and colour. The service we received from them was brilliant. The parasol arrived very quickly.

I ordered a BBQ station and have emailed them and rung several times, having to leave messages, as no one rings back. All I want to know is when it will arrive as it’s been radio silence since I made the order. There is no tracking service and no one to talk to, I wished I’d order the product from someone else. I wouldn’t have written this review if they have contacted me and kept me up to date.
It’s a week since I wrote the original review and 2 days afterwards I received an email to say my ordered is being processed - it’s now 3 weeks since I ordered the product. The event that I ordered the product for has been and gone and still no one at Patio Life picks up the phone or answers emails - absolutely appalling.

We purchased a patio set from Patio Life shortly after lock down in the full knowledge the supply chain had been affected as such no delivery date could be given but we would be advised when available. Several weeks later the delivery date was confirmed and the delivery made. Disappointingly one chair leg was damaged and a replacement was re ordered. The table was subject to the usual use over the summer and covered and put away for the winter. During Christmas the table was reused when we noticed marks to the table top between the glass laminate. Photos were sent reviewed and without any fuss and we were offered an upgrade due to delivery issues. The table
top was delivered this week and all looking good. In summary whilst our order was disappointing for all concerned the service from Patio Life and Norfolk Leisure was constantly excellent. Thank you

I purchased a tree of life bench in memory of my beloved husband. I love it and put a plaque with his name on. It’s great quality and looks fabulous. Price very reasonable too. Very happy with purchase.

Ordered a 5 burner beefeater BBQ grill from patiolife. Amazing service and aftercare BBQ looks amazing in my new outside kitchen will use these guys again

Had a good browse on their site ,it was very useful and straight forward ,lots of different ranges of products and great prices and value for money.will definitely be purchasing items on a regular basis

This is the company you should avoid. If there is ZERO star, I will probably give ZERO star.

I have ordered garden furniture which is ‘in STOCK’, but it took almost 5 weeks to receive it. But When I received the ordered item, the received item was not a NEW item. It seems it was used or returned item as they are not in the original packaging. Even some parts were packed in a ZIPPER PACK and wrapped with MASKING tapes. And some chair has actually some marks showing it was used by someone. In addition, a tabletop I ordered is a SPRAYSTONE table top, but what I actually received one is a GLASS TOP.

Really disappointing service.
After being polite, when the initial delay occurred on our April delivery.
We were constantly told conflicting “stories”
It’s at the port… the dispatcher will contact you with a delivery date…it’s not in the country yet… it’ll take till July at the earliest….
To name but a few…

It appears patio life take this as weakness…
Because, as soon as I cancel the order, miraculously the set arrives…
now I might be being cynical…
(but doubt it…)

I still haven’t received a refund 10 days since cancelling…
Thankfully I purchased on a credit card…
As it will soon be handed over to them to reclaim funds…

Avoid at all costs…

I was skeptical at first after reading the reviews on this site, but decided to place an order with them regardless due to the price. Order came within a week and was 3/4 of the price I could find on any other online garden site. Would recommend 👌

Do not buy from Patio Life. They seem to just be drop shipping from another company. I ordered a product back in February which arrived incomplete. No support was offered by Patio Life, they simply referred me to another company - which I hadn't bought from. This company has been uncontactable. It's a been nearly three months and still no word. Avoid!

My story starts with me placing a order and 5 days later they said the product was 257. dollars more than what was advertised that is bull crap they took my money and no product this company is very shady I emailed them I text them I called them with no response I’m going to write a review every morning and see to no one else has to be put trust in this company very very bad business and customer service is very very bad don’t be surprised if they screw up again

We ordered a pergola and it turned up on time and it is fab. Really enjoyed dealing with Patio Life, the sales team explained everything I needed to know to build the item and install. Great personal service and customer experience. Defo recommend to anyone.

What a great company to deal with. I bought an outdoor furniture set and the quality was exceptional. Delivery was swift and prompt. Impressed and would certainly buy from Patio Life again. First rate!!

Arguably the worst experience I have ever had with an online store, from start to finish it was an absolute shambles and I gave them every possible opportunity to rectify this whilst remaining extremely patient. In short, I ordered a parasol and base from this company online as I wanted to support a smaller business as opposed to ordering something similar from Amazon and received a phone call days after ordering saying that the parasol was out of stock, I understand that these things happen so agreed to take a larger parasol, whilst on the phone I asked if the base was still in stock and the member off staff said he'd get back to me within the day, they didn't, so began the first of many chases... I chased this company politely to get updates as to the items in my order, the whole time I received excuses and no updates, out of the blue the parasol turned up without a base and they didn't even know it had been dispatched and had arrived!! I never ended up getting the base and emailed asking for a refund, one of the directors contacted me and asked if he could chat further about this, he called me once at an inconvenient time and I tried calling him back on 5 separate occasions and he never returned the call(s). I ultimately had to lodge a formal case with PayPal to get my money back because even after politely asking for a refund they kept delaying it and PayPal closed the case in my favour.

I never usually write these types of reviews but this company tested my good will and offered no compensation or apology for such, save your money and time and shop elsewhere.

placed an order on 17th June for a parasol and was advised by both Patio Life and their supplier Norfolk Leisure my order would be fulfilled within 5-7 days. From the outset my order has been handled badly. After receiving my order and taking payment I was then told my colour choice was no longer available and Despite repeated requests for a delivery confirmation and after 12 days I have still not received a delivery confirmation. The customer service at Patio life is non existent. Nobody answers the phone so you're left with a voice mail system where no-one replies to your messages. I've offered Patio-life every opportunity to fulfil this order and all they have done is waste my time. So now I have little choice but to cancel my order and order elsewhere
