Party Save Smile Omdömen 

Ordered a five balloon table centrepiece for a party. When they arrived the Union Jack balloons were half deflated. I thought that once they had been in room temperature for a few hours they would inflate again as they had been delivered to my porch a day earlier than expected and I was at work. This did not happen and by the next day they were completely flat.
I followed the instructions for complaints using the online form and took a photo ( it only allows you to take 1 photo) once you upload the photo it automatically sends. I wanted to take more photos but couldn’t.
It’s now been 5 days and still no response from them.
Very disappointed With this company.
Poor quality goods and zero customer care. Will not use again !

Ordered a Dinosaur package of helium balloons.

They arrived on time but unfortunately the box had gotten damaged and one of the balloons was a bit deflated.
I wrote to Party Save Smile, sent them a pic and asked they replaced the balloon by Saturday (actual birthday, it was Thursday afternoon by this point).

They actioned it immediately, with no quibbles and the replacement balloon arrived as expected, for which i am extremely grateful.

I ordered three balloons for specified delivery on the 6th October. Two star balloons and a Happy Birthday balloon. They arrived on Saturday 4th October with one of the star balloons deflated on delivery and completely flat by Sunday 5th October. Registered a complaint. Received an appalling reply stating I had not used the correct format to complain therefore no claim allowed. Went on to their form for complaints/damage. This requested three photos despite allowing only one. Disgraceful way to treat a customer with a faulty item which spoiled the Birthday surprise. My advice in case item is damaged on delivery AVOID this Company. People who have left 5 star reviews have had no complaint but if something is amiss BEWARE. You get nowhere fast.

I ordered anniversary bunting for a celebration party. It was very reasonably priced, arrived promptly and looked just as expected from the website pictures and description. A great complement to the rest of our decorations.

Some great party staples, competitive pricing, prompt delivery - and a lovely note and little surprise with my order. Plus you get the gratification of knowing you're supporting a small business (sometimes this puts people off, thinking the prices will be too high, or the delivery slow - neither of which is the case with Partysavesmile :-)

Easy to order online with help information and various options for delivery, which came on the requested day. It was very good service all-round.

I recently placed an order with you for a balloon bouquet for my daughter's birthday. Someone kindly contacted me shortly after to confirm when it was required. It arrived when it should have and she was delighted. Balloons are still going strong 10 days later. Thank you so much for such a great service.

Don’t waste your money.
I bought my two year old the large toy story three balloon combo in a box for her 2nd birthday. It arrived on her birthday and was practically flat. The morning after her birthday it was down and would not stay up at all. Absolutely awful, don’t waste your money so disappointing! Emailed the day we got it and still no reply. Unprofessional and unreliable.

Parcel dumped on the front step and stolen. The company refuses to take any responsibility for using a substandard delivery service and recommends trying to deal with Royal Mail directly, despite the Royal Mail website clearly stating any fault with the delivery should be taken up with the sender - good old catch 22. Avoid at all cost and go to eBay instead - it's cheaper there anyway!

I was advised which delivery option to request in order to receive a helium balloon for my daughters 18th on Sun 8th June, the product was supposed to arrive on Sat 7th June, the actual delivery was 9th June AFTER the event, I contacted party save smile and am still waiting on a suitable response. Useless to customer, having delivery options that cannot be adhered to and products arriving after the event intended for, useless

Didn't like thier services

First time ordering. Got an email saying the balloon I ordered wasn’t inflating correctly and it was the last of the batch, the company kindly accepted my suggestion of change and shipped it out. Arrived perfectly. Only downside is that I requested it to arrive today as we were on holiday but it was shipped and Royal Mail wanted to deliver it on Monday, luckily was able to redirect it to today now we are home. Would buy from again
