Awful customer service - order number 17364
I wish I had read the recent reviews before ordering.
I placed my order on 8 September and it was split into two parcels. One parcel has arrived, but the second parcel still hasn’t even been dispatched.
What makes this even more frustrating is that I have tried contacting Party Delights repeatedly — I have messaged, emailed, contacted them through Facebook and Instagram — and I have received absolutely no response.
This isn’t a small inconvenience either. The missing item is something I ordered for my son’s birthday.
I completely understand that warehouses can experience delays, but taking people’s money and then leaving them with no information and no way of getting a response is incredibly frustrating.
Looking at the recent Trustpilot reviews, I’m clearly not the only customer experiencing delays and difficulty getting a response, which makes this even more disappointing.
At this point, I just want someone from Party Delights to actually acknowledge my messages and tell me what is happening with the rest of my order.
Very poor communication and customer service. I certainly won’t be ordering from them again.

Awful experience
Awful experience. Their customer service is disgraceful. I’ve emailed a few times and tried to contact them on their social media pages and I’ve had no response from them! I ordered my son a Halloween outfit and it’s being delivered to a locker (I wanted it to be delivered to my house but somehow the address got mixed up) and they can’t deliver the parcel to the locker address. So I’ve called delivery company to be told the same thing (4th time now). I’m trying to get in touch with party delights to get them to sort out the problem but nothing. Won’t be ordering from here again!

I ordered some table covers and napkins for a fundraising event being held tomorrow (19/9/26, having been informed when placing the order that it would be delivered by 16/9/26.
As my order has never arrived, I have had to place another order elsewhere which arrived this morning.
I have had no reply whatsoever to my numerous emails. On reading customer reviews, I now understand that trying to contact the company is a major problem despite their website saying that they would reply as quickly as possible. Also, there is no contact telephone number. So disappointing. My advice to anyone thinking about ordering from this company is - please don’t!
I’m still awaiting a reply as well as delivery of my order which I will be returning.
In response to your reply, I have never received any email from Party Delights regarding this problem with my order until I have submitted this review. This seems to be the only way to get any kind of response from the company!
I’m just hoping the return and refund of my order which I’ve still not received will go smoothly, but I very much doubt it!!

I placed an order for 14 ice buckets to be used for an event. Delivery was never made, only for me to get an update from the delivery company to advise that the address provided by the company was different from what I provided. All attempts to reach them via email were unsuccessful. Despite sending 3 different emails, no one responded.
I’m totally disappointed by the lack of response and customer support. Will never buy anything again from them.

Missing items from delivery - no update poor customer service
Really disappointing customer service. I have now emailed four times regarding my order and have received no response whatsoever.
Only one item from my order has been delivered, with the remaining items still outstanding. I haven’t received any update regarding where the missing items are or when I can expect them to be delivered.
I appreciate that delays can happen, but the lack of communication is extremely frustrating, particularly when I have repeatedly tried to contact the company for an update. I would simply like some basic communication and clarity about when I can expect the rest of my order.
I hope someone gets back to me last email sent was 10/09 and resolves this soon, as this has been a very disappointing experience so far.

Missing item from my order and no…
Missing item from my order and no resolution
My package from Party Delights was delivered on 17/09/26 at 13:44. I had ordered 3 x Orbz and a 50-balloon helium tank, but only the Orbz were delivered — the 50-balloon helium tank was missing.
I noticed the problem within minutes of the delivery driver leaving and messaged Amazon immediately to report the missing item. My reference number is PX5XMZ7RC.
This is extremely disappointing, particularly as the helium tank was an important part of the order. I would expect an order to be checked properly before being dispatched, and I hope Party Delights/Amazon will resolve this promptly.

Return received but no refund and…
Return received but no refund and emails ignored
Order #14962 was placed on 11 August with express delivery for a birthday party. It didn't arrive until 26 August, long after the party. I returned the order and InPost tracking confirms Party Delights received it on 28 August at 4:35pm.
I first contacted customer services on 15 August and have contacted them again regarding the refund, but have received no response. It is now 16 September and I still have neither a refund nor a response.
Please process my refund.

Ordered a witch costume for my daughter. It did arrive but was clear it was far too small. I'm not sure how they do their sizings but they seem to be on the small size.
Anyways, followed their returns procedure by emailing them and sending back using inpost. This was on the 20th August. And I am still waiting for a refund.
I've followed up today but I have a terrible feeling from all the bad reviews that my money has disappeared into the ether which isn't good enough.

My order was placed on the 6th with no indication of delays. For some reason it chose inpost lockers as I sped through checkout but I accepted the hit. It is now the 15th, my order was split in half, one half has apparently been on its way to the locker for a while, who knows when the rest is coming. The party is in 3 days. I placed an order on the 4th of September and I still haven’t even had a dispatch email yet. I emailed you about this three days ago and tried contacting you again and haven’t heard anything. To not have even shipped a parcel after 9 days is very bad service. I don’t even know if I will receive my parcel even though they have taken my money, as no one replies to their customer service email address.

Ordered some items on 20th Aug with the delivery quoted 3-5 days. 10th Sept and multiple attempts at contacting them with no response. Ive managed to get a refund via my bank thankfully and will never order from them again. Avoid!
