Total scammers
Total scammers. They know what they are doing and I hope they get caught for fraud. They deserve it for disappointing children. I chased up delivery and they dispatched immediately... not the £19.99 pokemon costume I actually ordered, but a worthless tiny rubber eraser in an almost empty envelope. Would have been less disappointing to receive nothing. I am fuming and my child is upset and I don't have a costume for him for a party. Evil scammers!

I have sent them a pleasant email asking for confirmation as to whether they will be able to fulfill my order, but absolutely nothing in reply. I wish these companies would just be honest about fulfillment issues and let people know! I'm not expecting to hear back from them and will probably seek a refund if they do ever contact me about it. Order 19158 I'm literally getting married and I've had no updates I've chased and no communication whatsoever absolutely ridiculous.
The address is registered to different business. The two numbers listed online aren't valid. Amscan isn't even reachable. Facebook is a joke with posts older than 2 years and Instagram is recent but no response either and the account lists inaccurate information so you've been reported under scam/fraud. Absolute criminals.

Order placed on 6th September with delivery due within 3-5 working days and still not dispatched with no updates given at all. Have emailed multiple times for updates including a request to cancel the order last week with no response to anything. They respond to reviews on here saying they have replied to emails but this is not true. I'm now going to request a chargeback from the bank as clearly a fraudulent website - please avoid!!
Update 28/9: just to confirm that despite what is said here I have not received a single email from yourselves since 6/9 and I have of course checked junk/ spam. If you look at the other reviews you will see that noone seems to be receiving the emails you think you are sending - your technical team clearly need to look into your email client as it's unlikely to be an issue on customers side if noone is getting these responses. You do have my phone number and regardless of what was sent or not sent in emails, I still have not received my parcel, any update on the tracking system to say it's been dispatched or the refund I requested. Your response below also still gives no indication of when or if I should expect to receive it so please could you sort your email and warehouse issues rather than defending yourselves on here against factual customer reviews!

My order was placed on the 5th September having paid nearly £50! I ordered in advance to allow time to receive the order and try on for sizing. The estimated delivery was 3-5 working days. I sent an email on the 17th September and to date have still not received my items nor a courtesy of a response to my email. I never write negative reviews however I am concerned that this company is a scam!!
Unfortunately, I cannot reply to the response below from this company however, I would like to refute the response that they replied to my email(s). I have sent a number of emails and have not received a response. I checked my spam prior to writing a review and have again checked all inboxes, deleted and spam. Furthermore, I have now only received 2 out of 3 of my items.

I ordered from this company (order #18249) and have written to them over 5 times now with no response. I have been waiting for an update on the items for my daughter's birthday party, and there have been no updates.
Their customer service is the worst I have ever seen! There is no listed number to call, and they do not respond to their email or customer service portal. There are broken links throughout the site. It is just a scam, and all I want is to cancel my order so I can buy the goods elsewhere. I will NEVER buy from this site again and would encourage everyone to avoid! I got pulled in by some good deals, but never again. I can't believe how unprofessional the website, tracking and customer service are. I will find a way to get my order tracked and a refund, and I will tell everyone I know to avoid this site.

Company ignoring emails for items not delivered
This company's lack of customer service is appalling. My order was delayed and part of it missing. I have sent multiple emails all to no avail. The order was placed in time for an event ane due to missing item I have had to source from somewhere at an additional cost. This is unacceptable. Money has been taken by misleading me with how quickly items will be delivered and a failure to response to my emails about a missing item I now view as theft.
