Order well in advance

Not a lot of design choice in personalised birthday paper napkins but settled on one that suited the occasion.
Good quality paper, clearly printed detail, securely boxed and delivered by DPD, a reliable courier service.
Long delivery time (2 weeks from order date) was disappointing for one pack of napkins, although received in time for event since we had ordered well in advance.

Very pleased

Very pleased with this quality balloon. Would have liked it to have been delivered on the day that I specified, however, this was not a big issue.

Smooth purchase and responsive support

I recently purchased three balloon helium canisters, ribbon, and an adaptor for foil balloons from Partyrama. The delivery was prompt and everything arrived in good order.

I haven’t used the products yet, as they are for an event on 2nd May, but so far I’m very pleased with the service. I did have a few questions before purchasing, and the staff were extremely helpful and quick to respond.

Based on my experience so far, I would happily recommend them.

Ordering process great, helium balloon wasn't fully inflated

The process to order online was great, simple and easy. They offered next day delivery - which when you're ordering helium filled balloons, that's what you want - and they arrived next day as promised. All fine there.

The issue was when we got them out (I ordered a number 1 and a number 4) the 1 was fully inflated, but the 4 was half inflated, it looked like it was either inflated a week ago or was only half inflated before being shipped. It was very disappointing because you pay to have it filled with helium - and I know it's only your birthday for one day, but for the cost I expect it to be fully inflated for a few days at least.

The picture is the day after it was delivered - on my son's birthday, and the 4 just looks sad. It was noticed by everyone as well and isn't a great advert for Partyrama unfortunately.

This is the first time I've ordered from Partyrama, and whereas the ordering process made me this will definitely be my go-to website for balloons, receiving the half inflated balloon I'll probably look around first as this was disappointing.
