Good product. Works well

Paragon is a scam company. You call their phone number, and the message says they don't answer because they get too many scam calls. All contact with them is by email. Their Anaheim, CA address is a ghost address; it is a general mailing center. I went there myself in person, and it does not exist. They say their CEO is Dorian Everhart, but there is no such person when searching online. Their website pictures show white caucasian workers, yet they do not manufacture in the United States or have factories in the US. It is cheap, overpriced junk that ships directly from China and can take up to a month to arrive. Their website promises 2-5 business days, but then they tell me 7 business days, which then becomes 14 business days. My faucet finally arrived directly from China, 26 days later, and I was on a timeline for a remodel inspection. You can find the same or similar faucets on Amazon for half the price. They are not BBB accredited and have horrible reviews. Better off using Amazon or going to Lowe's. Review their return policy before buying. They make it very difficult to return anything. Their first offer was to return 1/2 of my purchase price and to keep the faucet, which I no longer needed. If you are not happy with your purchase, they will either let you choose another faucet or send a replacement, which will probably take another month to arrive. I disputed my purchase with my credit card company, and they sided with me.

​I ordered the Trier Three-Way Kitchen Faucet (Order 144160_57009), and the entire experience was a disaster.
​First, the shipping from China was significantly delayed. When the package finally arrived, the faucet had visible quality issues, including a chip in the finish. Worse yet, the box contained absolutely no documentation—no installation manual, no parts list, no warranty information, and zero evidence of required U.S. safety or health compliance certifications (like NSF/ANSI/CAN 61 or ASME A112.18.1). For an expensive fixture connected to drinking water, a total lack of safety and certification paperwork is unacceptable.
​Getting in touch with customer service was exhausting. I sent multiple detailed requests for the missing manuals and safety certifications, but received nothing but empty promises of "escalation" and complete radio silence when deadlines approached. I eventually had to threaten a bank chargeback and a consumer protection complaint just to get a definitive response.
​Ultimately, I sent the faucet back and received a refund, but only after wasting an immense amount of time and effort dealing with a unresponsive company. Save yourself the headache and buy from a brand that actually complies with standard quality and safety protocols.

There was a misunderstand in my order, in part my fault. The company resolved the issue prmply in a professional friendly manner!

Trotz Widerruf des Kaufes wird eine Gebühr von 10€ verlangt, welche nicht erhoben werden darf. Nach Eröffnung eines Falls bei Paypal wurde plötzlich darauf verzichtet. Bisher kein Geld zurück erhalten, Widerspruch erfolgte bereits vor fast 2 Monaten. Nach mehr als 20 Emails.
Ich kann nur jedem empfehlen, hier nicht zu bestellen!

When it comes to customer service Paragon hands down can’t be beat. They offered to replace a sink faucet FOC. No issues with the way it was handled. Never a question. Just superior results.

Vorsicht bei diesem Shop. Billigste China Ware zu stark überhöhten Preisen. Bin leider drauf reingefallen. Rückgabe von Artikeln ist außerdem kostenpflichtig.

It’s beautiful and high quality. In addition to producing a high quality product, Paragon’s customer service is great. I needed a longer water supply fixture, contacted customer service and they immediately mailed the supply line.
I highly recommend Paragonfaucets and will be purchasing a faucet for my other bathrooms from them.

Functionality is excellent. Looks a little industrial but should blend in anywhere. Easy to install. Well priced, but be prepared to wait for delivery. Longevity - fingers crossed.
Points to note, if buying for UK use be sure to state the correct thread requirements. Also note due to small id used on flexible piping a good water pressure is required on both hot and cold.

I had a very disappointing experience with Paragon.

I purchased a faucet that turned out to have a clear manufacturing defect — it could not be properly installed due to faulty threading in the mounting hardware. I reported the issue immediately and worked with their support team for several months to try to resolve it.

During that time, they sent replacement parts and even a full replacement faucet, but both had the exact same issue. I had three licensed plumbers attempt installation, all of whom confirmed it was a defect, not an installation problem.

Despite this, Paragon repeatedly directed me to retry installation or accept more parts, which would have required additional plumbing costs. A refund was ultimately refused based on their 30-day return policy, even though the issue was reported right away and never resolved.

I ended up having to purchase a different faucet, which installed without any issues.

Very frustrating experience overall. I would strongly recommend being cautious before purchasing, especially if you expect responsive support or reasonable resolution for defective products.

Ordered 2 kitchen taps 10 days ago and still not dispatched. The order is showing as confirmed on their website. I have tried to contact them, but the phone number goes straight to voicemail.
Someone replied to my Instagram message 5 days ago, advising that it would be dispatched at the earliest possible time. Since then, there has been no update or response to further messages.
I would discourage anyone from ordering from this website.

Be careful when dealing with this sham company. As part of putting new countertops in my kitchen, I ordered a ktchen faucet from them on February 13th, 2026. Although I received an order confirmation from them, a week later (February 20th), I was wondering why I had not received a shipment notice from them. So, I tried to call their number on their website (424-999-9931), but only listened to a "We do not take calls at this number" message recorded by Paragon Faucets. Why list a phone number on their website, and not take calls there? This was a post-order warning to me that this company is not repurtable. Sadly, however, I called that number AFTER I placed the order. We are now at 10-days since I placed my order, I am without a kichen faucet, and Paragon Faucits still shows that my order is at their warehouse. I will edit this write-up if I ever receive a refund from this company. Will keep TrustPilot viewers informed.
