The price was really good compared to the big box stores around here. Was worried it might feel cheap but the quality is decent and it operates smoothly.

I ordered a faucet Friday, June 5. One week later, no reply. I send an email with the order number. They reply they are sending it out with a $10 refund. A week later, I email again. They send me the same form reply with a tracking app. As of Monday, June 23, it has been sitting in a warehouse west of Houston. I call the phone number, they do not reply, claiming on the recorded message they are getting too many spam calls. I email again yesterday, Friday 6-25. I send a chat message on their website. I get the same form replies. The promised time to deliver is 5-12 business days. I was also emailed a promise for it to be delivered no later than June 25. Both those days have passed. No one is honestly trying to contact me.

So glad I bought their 3-way faucet! It arrived perfectly packaged and looks absolutely beautiful in black. Saved me the massive headache of drilling another hole in my counter. The filter water flow is great, the pull-out hose is super smooth to use, and switching between spray and stream is seamless with zero leaks. Definitely a great investment!

P.S. Installed easily without a plumber (though I'm handy)

I ordered a tap more than 10 days ago and have received no meaningful updates since the first day after placing the order. The tracking information has not changed, and there has been no proactive communication regarding the status of my order.

While delays can happen, customers expect accurate tracking and regular updates. At the moment, I have no clear idea when my order will arrive. This has been a disappointing purchasing experience and has reduced my confidence in the service provided.

I hope the company improves its communication and order fulfilment process in the future.

We got the workstation sink combo. The sink itself feels heavy and well made, but the faucet included could be better tbh. Everything arrived together without any missing pieces.

Jetzt habe ich mich an Paypal Käuferschutz gewendet und werde noch eine Anzeige bei der Polizei abgeben wenn bis zu meiner Gesetzen Frist keine Antwort kommt. Danach zum Anwalt.

Was a bit worried about shipping after reading some things online but my faucet came in about a week. The tracking link worked fine and updated the whole time. Faucet looks great in the bathroom.

Ordered 2 faucets 40 days ago. Have exchanged 10+ emails with them. At least they reply to emails, I guess. After much begging, they gave me a UPS tracking number and all it says is a label was crated, but they never actually gave a package to UPS.

Unfortunately, this bidet spray was not worth the money. At around $85, I expected a much better-quality product.

The main isolation valve appears to be metal, but most of the other components feel like plastic rather than solid metal construction. The hose length is also quite short, which limits installation flexibility and usability depending on your bathroom layout.

Overall, the product did not meet my expectations in terms of build quality or value for money. I've purchased bidet sprays from Temple & Webster for around $40 that felt more durable, had better quality fittings, and offered better overall value.

For the price being charged, I would expect higher-quality materials and a longer hose. I wouldn't purchase this product again and would recommend looking at more affordable alternatives instead

We purchased a Ristafallet Pro workstation kitchen sink from Paragon faucets recently. The sink arrived as promised, on time and is now installed. We are very happy with the sink itself and most of the features are great. The supplied tap is rather flimsy though: if this was more substantial I would have given this product a five star review

I have orderd a high tap (for a countertop basin) as this company was the only supplier to offer the design I wanted, with a top handle rather than side handles. Ordered May 15th. Now June 07th, no information on shipping. 3 stars as the communication has been good, although an email reply on a Sunday afternoon Australian Eastern std time makes me wonder if it is AI replying. No emails have included people's names. At the end of the day, if the tap is rubbish, or never arrives, I will chalk this up to experience; the cost of just over AUD $200 is minimal in the overall cost of a bathroom renovation. I thought I'd be safe ordering from the USA, not so sure now.
I will add to the review if/when the tap arrives.

UPDATE
Following my initial review, I received conflicting emails from Paragon. The result was cancellation of order and full refund, which took a few days o clear. This experience has taught me to stick with known global suppliers; ebay, Amazon etc.

Scam company! Ordered faucet (which was priced extremely well. Should have been a clue). No communication about shipping, despite multiple emails. Always respond with “…we will get back to you in 3-5 business days.” No reply is ever sent despite this promise. Phone number isn’t for customer service. Everything is via email. I beseech all potential Paragon Faucet customers to immediately leave the website and order nothing. All they provide is broken promises and fraud.

Great experience from ordering online, to fast delivery, to tracking updates and ultimately a beautiful and stylish product! Absolutely thrilled!

Great product and quality. The measurements were a little off and caught us off guard. Otherwise as expected. The tracking was difficult.

Great quality product. It was easy to order and arrives on time. Got it installed yesterday and it looks great in our kitchen.

Product was as described. Flow is clean and tap regulates flow beautifully. Highly recommended!

Initially my experience was really not good at all.

Their products are in my opinion more suited to the US market.

It's really a pity. From their website the products looked great, but the reality was very disappointing . The quality is not up to what we are used to in the UK, flimsy, cheap plastic etc. In addition, part of the order arrived badly damaged.

It took a lot of emailing back and forth to get a refund, but to be fair,they did eventually issue one.

I usually only make reviews that are positive, but Paragon’s products were such a disappointment that I felt I had little choice but to share my poor experience.

You can only judge as you find, but I feel their website creates an impression of quality that the products don’t match.

It has a very stylish look, the installation was easy, and it has operated very well after six months of use. The only complaint I have is the noise. When you operate the faucet, it makes a very loud, annoying noise as water flows through it. I have tried a few things to resolve the issue, such as adjusting the water flow by controlling the valve opening, but so far I have had no luck.

The faucet is absolutely beautiful and unique. Would buy it again!
