Nicola went the extra mile to find us exactly what we wanted for our Douro river cruise. She always responded quickly, even when "out of office" and the process happened quite quickly because she listened and responded to what we wanted. Well done and thanks! We were looking for our Luxury Holiday to celebrate my wife's 75th birthday and our friends recommended this Scandinavian Cruise by Cunard with Panache Cruises.
