Ordered the military paint

Ordered the military paint, code RAL 7036, wasn’t the grey colour expected, far too much red/pink/purple tones, after applying first coat I had to locate an automotive paint specialist where they were able to add green and black to make it grey colour I wanted

The paint was easy to work with and covers well just the colour let it down

Thank you for your feedback. We’re pleased to hear that the paint was easy to apply and provided good coverage, although we’re sorry that the finished colour did not meet your expectations.

The colour supplied was RAL 7036, as selected when the order was placed. We do not choose colours on behalf of customers, and colour selection remains the customer’s responsibility. Please also note that colours can appear differently depending on lighting, surrounding surfaces, screen settings and the material being painted.

For this reason, we recommend reviewing our colour disclaimer before ordering, which is available at www.paints4trade.com.

To some stranger who I don’t know who this person
Was and now I’m hoping your investigation team can find out what happened to the parcel - don’t get to use the specific paint I wanted and had to get other alternative covering form else wher to get the job done

Our trusted courier attempted delivery on 9 July 2026 at 19:23 but was unable to gain access to your address.

A further delivery attempt was made, and the courier’s tracking system confirms that your order of 2.5L Heavy Duty Road Line Marking Paint was successfully delivered on 10 July 2026 at 19:59. The courier has supplied two photographs showing the front door of the delivery address, together with a signature recorded as “Keith”.

Once an order has been picked, packed and handed over to the courier, responsibility for the delivery process rests with them. The available evidence does not support the version of events presented in your review, and we do not accept the suggestion that the parcel was simply delivered without any record or proof.

The delivery was documented with tracking data, photographic evidence and a recorded signature. These are verifiable facts, and any suggestion that no proper delivery process took place is inaccurate.

The matter has been referred for investigation with the courier, but based on the evidence currently available, we strongly dispute the claims made in this review.
