Fantastic customer service and products across the whole range, you pay more but much better quality than anything else I’ve used before. The ES Motion 2020 trousers are so good I’ve had them for 3 years and still plenty of life left in them. Highly recommended.

The boots are fantastic quality.
I ordered the wrong size and the customer service lady I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful. Another pair was ordered, correct size this time & return label was given. Delivery time was also very quick, considering it was a few days before Easter.

This was my first experience with Strauss and they were recommended following a search for a specific style and type of work trousers for use in a specialised environment. I selected a pair and immediately received confirmation my order had been received and within the hour that the items had been dispatched. The courier updates were the very best and I knew exactly where my items were leading up to delivery. Delighted with my trousers , they are a great fit, the sizing information is a great help in addition to the helpful search criteria to ensure you are selecting from the best selection of products that meet your criteria. Great quality, good finish and really comfortable. I was so impressed I immediately purchased a second pair of trousers and a jacket,I also have another order pending for a light weight summer jacket. Really impressed by the service, the range of clothing items and associated PPE. I contacted the UK office who were very helpful and my goods took on average 4-5 days to get to me from Germany, very impressive customer service.
