The service was quick and easy. Plus the pricing was better than the other sites I checked out.

We paid for us to receive prints in 2 days...didn't come until after the event by a couple days.

I paid a hefty fee to have the cards in 2 business days. They ended up being received in 4 days which was too late as they were needed for an event in 3 days. I messaged to ask for some credit or partial refund and was told that the only thing they could do was refund a PORTION of the shipping, and they never even did that. They kept ALL of my money and did not deliver on their promises. The cards were worthless as they were specific to use at that one event.

The folders were shipped to me a week late which was after the event I needed them for. You have "overnight" in your name but clearly do not commit to that. When the folders did arrive, we immediately noticed they are AWFUL quality. The colors are faded and the folder edges look like they have been used.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. I ordered cards to be delivered overnight. I paid $60 extra for expedited delivery. The order did not arrive until 6 days later -- yup, that's almost a week. I contacted Overnight Prints to ask for a refund and they offered a $30 credit on my next order, which I will not be placing because I don't want to give this company any more business. It's like if you went to a place called Chicken Fingers R Us and asked for chicken and they looked at you like you were crazy. Overnight Prints, even when paying the maximum fee for expedited shipping, are not overnight. They're not even 2-day prints. They are whenever-it's-convenient-for-them-to-get-them-done-prints, which is useless for me when I was going to a networking event and needed business cards. I had ordered the prints 4 days early, paid for expedited shipping (for them to arrive next day), and when they had not arrived by the morning of the 4th day, I woke up early, bought cardstock paper, designed my own business card, cut it out, and went to my networking event.

As a graphic designer, when it comes to last-minute print or overnight projects, they’re always there for me! Their high-quality printing, fast delivery, and easy proofing process make my life so much easier — not just for me, but for my clients as well. I highly recommend them!

Paid for overnight delivery and received order 4 days later. I would like a refund for my overnight fee I paid

I have worked with you for over 20 years. I am so disappointed that I cannot call you anymore. I had a simple issue, had to send an email on your site, but never heard back. What happened? I am a VIP but felt like a first time customer. Oh well....so be it.

The printing looks terrible. I sent you an email requesting a refund and you never responded to my email. It looks like your printer was out of ink and my photo on one side has lines through it. Awful experience, especially since you never even replied to my email. Now you just want a review! Bad form!

The order was late and I don’t have cards for the event I needed them for. I also paid extra to get them here in time and no one has responded to that email

The order arrived after the event started so I couldn't use the material I have checked with customer service and they assure me that the order would arrive real in time. That didn't happen. Also the order arrived with several Pages missing so even if it was on time would be impossible to use. I requested a refund and got nothing so far ...

Ordered on a Friday evening looking for business cards but the following Tuesday. Paid expedited shipping and order said Tuesday delivery.

Didn’t get till Wednesday mid day. By then too late, wasted my money.

Everything went according to plan.

Meine Bestellung wurde nich geliefert! 4 Wochen nach Bestellung, keine Info, keine Antwort erhalten, nichts! Ich hatte schon nach 8 Tagen geschrieben, wo meine Bestellung bleibt! Da wurde ich hingehalten mit fadenscheinigen Gründen, nach dem Motto, der Versanddienstleister hätte meinen Namen falsch übernommen. Quatsch ist das!

I tried reaching out several times. The order was very late. I paid to expedite and was guaranteed a date of 10/1 but did not get until 10/6. The quality of the edging is very poor. I would like a full refund. I am happy to send back the cards. Very disappointed

I placed an order for my wedding. I paid about $40 to ensure delivery by Oct 2 (two days prior to when the product was needed). The proof was sent back right away, which I appreciated, but after hitting "submit," your order is NOT send back to production. You need to submit the order AND THEN remove the hold. Not a clear review process and it caused a one day delay.

No big deal! This is why I paid for expedited shipping, right?

Not quite. With the delay to shipping, I was pleased to see there was an option to update shipping address. I enter all the shipping details of the venue, go to submit, and the website tells me to enter confirm the payment details on the page...on the page that has no credit card information stored. An impossible task!

I open a ticket on Sept 30 with Overnight Prints (OP) to see if I can update my address and stress that if not, that's fine because the order is still arriving one day prior to when I need it. This is how my next two weeks were spent:

Sept 30, 12:45pm: Open ticket, 1st request to update shipping
Sept 30, 6:30pm: 2nd request to update shipping
Oct 1: 3rd request to update shipping
Oct 2, 11:45am: 4th request to update shipping
Oct 2, 2:00pm: OP rep says my order has been sent to production
Oct 2, 3:30pm: 5th request to update shipping
Oct 6, FOUR DAYS AFTER ANTICIPATED ARRIVAL DATE, TWO DAYS AFTER MY EVENT: OP rep asks for my new shipping address that I had provided in my first request on Sept 30
Oct 7: I sent my 1st request for a full refund
Oct 9: OP rep offers to refund shipping
Oct 9: I decline their offer, make my 2nd request for a full refund
Oct 13: OP rep says "as an act of good faith," they could offer the full amount in store credit
Oct 13: I decline their 2nd offer, make my 3rd request for a full refund and tell them I will dispute the transaction through my bank
Oct 14: No response from the company
Oct 20: No response from OP, other than closing the ticket

Fortunately, my bank has issues a refund, and I now know better to use this lousy business! I look forward to spreading the word and helping others avoid the headache I've had for three weeks now!

Thank you for catching the blurry font! I reviewed and modified, still able to receive in time for use.

After making the requested changes to the backside of a business card order and seing the revolving proof of both sides the cut of the card design back was off center pretty badly. I am disappointed however the customer needed the cards and accepted them with us giving a discount.

I paid extra ($30.75) for 2-day shipping, and it took 7 days to receive my package... Very unhappy
