I was given a new role of the newsletter, and the account was transferred to me. I uploaded what I want printed, and it came back with a "margin error." I did a little editing,and thought it looked fine. So I sent the print command again. Again, a "margin error" came back. I was on my phone, and in a hurry, so I send the instructions - print and ignore the error. Well.... I got a newsletter with the same thing printed on both sides. I have no idea how it happened. I have to assume it was my fault, I uploaded everything, it looked good to me, I said to print regardless. That said, next time I will screen shot the process and have a better idea of what's going on. That said - the printing itself was great!

The service of overnight prints is not satisfied this time . I did not received my order since October 27. The customer phone line is not listed at their website .

In a previous poster print job the posters arrived bent, but this print was perfect! I feel as though my request was heard and the product has fantastic this time!

I genuinely regret ordering from this company. Their “overnight printing” is completely false advertising. I paid a premium price for overnight shipping because I urgently needed my prints by the next day instead, they showed up TWO business days later, which made them completely useless for the event I ordered them for. If I’m paying extra for overnight delivery, I expect it to actually arrive overnight. This was unreliable and unacceptable.

To make things worse, the print quality was cheap, flimsy, and not worth the price I paid. Definitely not something I could use professionally.

Customer service was honestly the worst part of the entire experience. I reached out first thing on Oct. 24th and never heard back. I followed up again on the 28th, and still nothing. They finally responded on the 29th. 5 business days later only after I chased them down repeatedly. There is no phone number, no way to speak to anyone directly, and their email response times are extremely slow and inconsistent.

When they finally replied, they offered store credit, which makes no sense when the entire issue is that the order arrived too late to use. I requested a full refund for both the order and the shipping since the product arrived far past the promised delivery date. They ignored that request until I followed up multiple times, and then they only refunded the shipping completely disregarding the fact that the prints arrived days late and were of no use at all.

This entire experience was frustrating from start to finish. Poor quality, false advertising, unreliable delivery, and mediocre customer service that takes several days and multiple follow-ups just to get any response.

RUN don’t walk away from this company. They do not stand behind their turnaround promises, and their customer service is extremely unprofessional. I will not be ordering from them again, and I do not recommend anyone else do so either.

I enjoyed the variety of options that Vistaprint did not offer. This was fun and easy to do.

Easy to reorder, Quick shipping, Now I just need glossy labels in colors I want.

The company has changed. They are not professional anymore. A month ago I reported them that my business card color impression was so dull compared to the previous business card. They sent me a discount and I re-ordered the business card and this time by checking the case that confirm the team will verify the cards before sending them to me. So However, it turns out that they sent me back the same types of cards again with dull color and the difference of color is big. I sent them an email to report that second issue and their management didn't care about it. As summary Although the price is attractive, if you don't wanna lose time, energy and money, avoid that company.

Not the first time that I have paid for an expedited turn around and shipping with this company and yet again, they did not fulfill as paid for. The order was not even printed when the estimated delivery day came around. And shipping used a slower service than I had paid for. They failed before in the same aspects and I gave them a second chance. Asking for my extra shipping to be refunded was met with a “no” stating they can’t refund that cost of shipping. Of course they can! If the want to assume it on their margins!
I was offer a small credit (must less than what I paid for shipping) only useful towards a future order. Not needed, they won’t be getting a third chance!

I've been using overnight prints for well over more than ten years for my business cards. I recently ran out and hadn't reordered in at least four years. I thought I'd have to start over from scratch with design and everything, but they still had my information! The process was painless and expedient. The cards were perfectly printed as always. Overnight Prints you rock!

The website was so easy to use, I followed the recommended options and my cards are incredible. They look so professional and upscale. I also received before delivery date, Thank you!

The price was amazing and my business cards came out great for the price. A little issue with the expedited shipping but overnight prints refunded me and took care of it. Will definitely be using them going forward for sure!

Order business cards and paid $35 for expedited shipping to get my cards in time for an important meeting. They didn’t come in time, so total waste of money. When I contacted them they offered (and issued without my approval) a $15 store credit, to which I told them that was unacceptable when I paid $35 for the rush. They make bold claims of next day shipping, only to leave customers who trust them with their rushed orders in the lurch so that they can keep a measly $20 of the rush fee. Now I have to dispute the charge with my CC company. Buyer beware.

My cards look great - I'm very pleased with them. Unfortunately, my tiny box of business cards cost almost as much to ship as the order itself, and I'm only 3 hours away by car, not on another continent!
For that reason (and because I had to wait too long), I probably wouldn't order from this company again, unless I couldn't find a more reasonable shipping method with the same quality (and I love the rounded-edge option!).

We paid for expedited delivery because we had a conference we had to travel to and need the materials in advance. Items were shipped late, and arrived 4 dates late, 2 days after we left for our conference. Thus, we had to pay for expedited printing in order to have what we needed for our event.

Our programs came out wonderfully and were delivered in a timely manner in very affordable.

It’s been almost a month since I placed the order and they still have not delivered the product. It was supposed to be an overnight order, they shipped 3 days late, and they’re refusing to provide a refund. I am going to have to file a dispute with my credit card. As far as I’m concerned this site is a total scam.
