I paid a lot of money to have the cards arrive the next day and they did not. First, they put a hold on my account for a design issue. I removed that hold on September 30th before noon. In the email letting me know of an error (which actually wasn't really an error) it states: "Your immediate attention is appreciated. Until we are contacted back to address the file issue with your order, the shipping time will be reset to the day the order is actually removed from the hold and not from when the order was placed." Well, guess what... that wasn't true. I removed the hold on September 30th before noon. They didn't ship until October 1st which means they ended up arriving at my PA's house after she had to leave to meet me at the event we needed the cards for. I had to spend even more money to use a local Chicago printer to print same day cards to have in time for the event. And the cards were specifically for this event, so now I have a big box of cards I paid a lot of money for, the top shipping fee $63.31 in order to have shipped in time for the event, and I can't even use them. Even with the hold, had they honored the terms I quoted from their own email above, I would have had the cards in time. So they have my money and I have a box of useless cards. And when I emailed them about the issue, I got a reply from Shinell Wynter at Overnight Prints that does not address my issue. "Hi there, Thank you for your message. Please accept our appologies for the delay in your delivery. We have noted that your order has been delivered. Your tracking number is..." blah, blah, blah. "If you have any further questions, don't hesitate to rech out." For real people? Like I can't see my tracking in my emails and in my account? I guess it's easy to gaslight a customer when you have their money. NEVER AGAIN!

I received my order in great shape and fast. I'm a returning customer and will continue to go to you for quick turnaround projects.

If you need something overnight, DO NOT use this company. If you need quality products, DO NOT use this company. I paid extra for express shipping to make sure I received my order overnight and DID NOT RECEIVE THEM OVERNIGHT. I ordered 500 business cards on Saturday and figured that would mean, they would make the cards on the next business day (Monday) and that I would then, receive them overnight on Tuesday. I needed them for an event on Tuesday. I received them Wednesday. I submitted a "ticket" to inquire on Monday if I would be receiving them on Tuesday. It is now Thursday and I have still not received a response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you actually need something overnight. You'll pay a pretty penny to get your order quickly, but won't receive them overnight!!!

I ordered flyers for overnight printing on a Thursday, the website showed I could have them delivered the next day, Friday, which I paid extra for. By Friday afternoon they had not shipped. I contacted customer service 3 times that day alerting them that I could see the shipping note that said they were sending it Fedex weekday and I needed my flyers for Saturday Night, so I knew they wouldn't arrive on a Saturday/weekend as you have to pay extra. They assured me 3 TIMES not to worry, they were arriving the next day even though it was a Saturday. Sure enough they didn't arrive until Monday. JUST AS I TOLD THEM. I had no use for the flyers then because they were for my event on Saturday Night. When I complained, I only received a shipping refund. Frankly, the entire order should have been refunded. Don't claim to be overnight printing and charge $50 for shipping if you can't actually do it. And don't lie to customers about shipping. I won't be using you guys again.

I ordered my cards for a funeral that was on Wednesday. The shipping information for the cards was to be delivered on Tuesday. I ordered the cards on Monday Morning. Your company is called "overnight" but they didn't come in time for the funeral. Thank you for not coming through for our needs. I paid $84 for shipping and was reimbursed $20. What a joke.

I ordered folders which were supposed to be delivered to me on a Friday. They weren't even shipped to me until the following Tuesday. In the meantime, I contacted customer service twice. Once to ask when the folders would be ready and another time to cancel the order once I saw they were not going to be ready in time for my event. I received no response from customer service. The company put my order through anyway. Now they're sending me folders I will receive a week late that I don't need.

We've used Overnight Prints for 15 years. Easy, fast, affordable and great quility. I've shopped around, no reason to change

For a company called “Overnight Prints”, they took nearly a month to print a simple postcard order. They also printed it on the wrong stock. Their customer service is super slow to respond, if they respond at all. I would 100% NOT recommend this company.

Appreciate the timely turnaround on this job. Unfortunately the final printed booklets had a heavy yellow/warm color cast over all of the images that really wasn't in the original source files that were uploaded for printing. Curious as to why there was such a significant color shift with this project?

It was very easy to design a card and with needing it in a very short window, the overnight option was perfect and received my cards on time for an important symposium.

Prints were good except that in my order I received someone else’s bookmarks .
I have submitted a ticket and hope to be receiving the correct bookmarks soon .

I paid over $115 for express shipping. I needed everything by Friday for a Saturday event. Instead, the order came via a second day air and arrived the following Monday, too late. Communication about shipping was unclear and less than satisfactory.

Unfortunately there is no one to talk to if you have an issue

I paid extra for my prints to arrive by Sept 23rd and they did not get shipped until Sept 24th. They did not arrive until Sept 30th. I should get a refund on the extra that I paid to have them arrive by Sept 23rd. I sent an email and did not get a response.

Easy to order. Quick service. And they look great!

I paid the overnight shipping cost. My brochures were supposed to be delivered on September 18th. I needed the brochures for a conference on September 21st. I requested to cancel my order on September 21st since I had not received my brochures (and they had not even been shipped yet, nor had a shipping label even been created. I didn't receive the brochures until around September 23rd or 24th.
