Another great result
Outdoorplay has always done a great job for me. I’ve placed a number of orders for paddling gear with consistently good results. This Malone kayak cart is working great. I needed a stable cart with high clearance so that I could alternately tow my fishing kayak and my touring kayak behind my bike to get to the water. This cart is easy to load, tiedown and haul. Great stuff!

Easy Return and Refund (multiple experiences)
Today, I was looking for reviews of some online stores for items that OUTDOOR PLAY does not have and reached Trustpilot to compare reviews for different online stores.
I have been using OUTDOOR PLAY for >10 years to buy gears for paddling and camping, and have never had issues with them. Return and getting refund are very easy.
I totally recommend the OUTDOOR PLAY.

Exceptional Customer Service and Excellent Inventory
Kudos to everyone at OutdoorPlay! I'm a 64 year old fisherman, kayaker, tent camper and all around outdoor activity guy.......There are precious few companies that compare to OutdoorPlay in terms of knowledgible staff, excellent customer service and *extensive* selection of outdoor equipment. Most especially impressive in 2020 and 2021 given the delays in manufacture and shipment of goods. All these negative reviews I'm reading from customers whining about shipping delays in the middle of a global pandemic!!!! Come on, seriously???
These folks have come through for me with orders that no other supplier in the entire country (and internet) could match. As far as I'm concerned they are one of the top three companies I'll ever need to do business with. Good job y'all.

Outdoor play rocks! I’ve purchased some important and expensive sea kayak gear from Them in the past year, my important thing being a kokotat drysuit. Absolutely love it. If that thing even had the smallest hole or malfunction I would have already died paddling in 42 degree waters of the upper Great Lakes. Got it quickly, in perfect condition on an easy payment plan so I appreciate being able to use this lifesaving gear all year long instead waiting or saving up. I will be back for more kayak gear. If you look at the bad reviews written for Outdoorplay it’s pretty easy to tell that these people have some serious emotional issues based their wordy tantrums. Won’t hear any whining from me! Why, because I’m out on water...!

Great company!
Recently I bought a farmer John wet suit and an NRS riptide paddling jacket with Outdoorplay. There were some issues with my order, through my own doing. I ordered the wrong size, and realized my error much later. The staff promptly and politely resolved my mistake. They were very helpful and understanding. I would definitely recommend Outdoorplay to anybody looking for high quality marine products with exceptional service!
