COULD’VE BEEN PACKAGED BETTER
I’m happy with the overall service & delivery to South Africa was speedy, but hat was slightly narrow for hat.
The hat brim was shot out of shape.
Nothing a steam can’t fix but would be nice if it arrived in perfect condition.
