Hi there,
Firstly we apologise that you have yet to receive your order. As per our previous email correspondence, International orders are unfortunately subject to delays while being processed by customs. If there was any way we could help speed this up we would, however this is not something we can control. Your order was placed on 1st June and dispatched by us the next day, 2nd June. Having reviewed the tracking we can see that the item left the UK on the 6th, arriving in Sweden on 12th June. It has been going through the customs process since the 14th and will only be released once it clears customs.
We do hope that customs clears this soon for you. As mentioned, we have emailed you to advise on the above together with all the tracking information you need for both Royal Mail and PostNord.
