Two items, same size, different fit
I am a great fan of Açai trousers so thought I would try T shirts. Ordered same size in 2 different styles but one fits and the other is too big. Need to return one item. However love the one that fits so going to order same style in another colour

First time purchasing with this…
First time purchasing with this company, was recommended by a friend. No issue with the product but their customer service is diabolical. Had to return some items , chased after 3 weeks for my refund and told it would be with me by 6th April. Have still not received refund and despite sending 3 more emails no response outside of their auto response that says they will contact you in 72 hours but they never do. So annoying they you can’t call them and speak to someone , you can only email. I am left with no choice but to try and get my money back by raising a dispute with pay pal. Will also report them to trading standards as they should have made the refund in 14 days. 6 weeks later nothing

Awkward tie cord. Exchanges not allowed
Leggings are fine in themselves, good pockets, good fit. But the fit is helped by a tie cord which cuts straight across the V-shaped fabric across the tummy and, unbacked by fabric, cuts in whenever you sit down. Also, only once you place the order you’re told that they ‘don’t do exchanges’ so basically you’re stuck with your purchase. Beware.

No Refunds being issued
I would like to say how much I like Acai clothing and how quick the deliveries are, but I’ve sent 2 items back and no sign of refunds. One item it’s been 3 weeks and the other nearly 2 weeks. Nobody should be waiting this long. This needs to be looked at as it’s not good enough. I’m also getting concerned about all the other complaints about not receiving refunds for over a month now and by law you should receive them in 14 days as pointed out by another review.

I returned goods worth more than £200 to Açai which they received on 16 March .. over a month and no refund yet despite my emails to them. I will pursue the debt via the small claims court. I recommend you do not order from this company.

I have been waiting for a refund now…
I have been waiting for a refund now for over a month - so already contravening the gov.uk website rules on "distance selling" ie 14 days for a refund. I have messaged twice and they just send an automated message that they are experiencing high volumes of customer enquiries. I have never put a bad review on for a company before and fully understand how much damage it can cause - your products are incredible but please sort out the refund process

You are absolutely right to hold us to the standard 14-day turnaround, and waiting over a month with only automated replies is not the service you deserve.

Priority Refund Trace:. I will bypass the automated queue, manually locate your return in our warehouse, and ensure the refund is triggered by our finance team immediately.
Investigating the Silence: I will look into why your two previous messages were caught in the "high volume" backlog and ensure you receive a direct, personal update once the funds are released.

No refund
See the review below I’ve copied and pasted this from another customer as it’s a mirror as to what has happened to me ! I sent an item back in March I’m now past the 20 days advised on their website .
If you order from this company and the item doesn’t fit expect to wait over a month to get a refund back and no response from email correspondence terrible experience and still waiting for a refund.
‘ According to the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, when buying goods or services online, by telephone, or by mail order, traders must refund you within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods back, or 14 days of being told you are cancelling the order if they are not collecting the goods.’

Oh my gosh where to start
Oh my gosh where to start, the returns process is horrific. I’m starting to wonder if there is a cash flow problem with them. I’m wondering if I’m ever going to get my refunds. I’ve had to go to my bank now after 5 e-mails have gone unanswered. This is for refunds dating back to February!!!!

Fed up waiting for a refund
Fed up waiting for a refund. Always slow, always have to email and chase. Have already posted on here about this and replied saying it was being dealt with. Obviously not. I need the refund back on to a credit note that will expire soon. So I will lose the money if they continue to delay. Their founder Kasia Bromley has a mega brag insta page about her wonderful life, I wish she'd spend more time sorting out her company's refund process

I am incredibly sorry to hear this, and I completely understand why you’re reaching the end of your tether. It is unacceptable that you have to chase your own money, especially with the added pressure of an expiring credit card.
Please provide your order number and the last 4 digits of the credit card in question. I will flag this as an "urgent financial risk" to the management team to bypass the standard queue.
If your card expires before the refund lands, don't worry—most banks still route refunds to the replacement card linked to the same account. However, we want to avoid that complication entirely by getting it done now.
I am escalating this to our Customer Experience Manager to investigate why your previous posts and emails weren't properly actioned. This shouldn't have slipped through the cracks twice.
