I've ordered a product on Thursday night yet i didn't receive nor i received any updates it kept showed pending not shipped

l ordered a product and the expected delivery was after 2-3 days and the maximum was 7 working days, but its been 3 weeks and I still haven't received any updates
I tried calling the customer care multiple times throughout these days but no one answered and Ijust kept waiting and wasting my phone balance.

Very very unprofessional & bad customer service provide. just lose time & phone balance.

Absolute nightmare shopping experience with Othoba. Everyone knows their delivery is terrible, but I decided to give them a chance and ordered a shoe cabinet. It was delivered on the 10th of this month, but guess what? The key to the cabinet is completely missing, leaving the furniture locked and useless.

Their customer service is an absolute mockery. An agent gave me a phone number that nobody answers, then told me to message them on WhatsApp—where I was completely ignored. Next, I tried their useless chatbot, which kept repeating a generic script promising a response within 24-48 hours. It has now been well over 48 hours with zero response.

TOTAL SCAM. I trusted them and fully paid 14k+ bdt my order. They have not delivered the product - it has been 3 weeks, i asked for a refund and they ignored my request. their customer service has been unreachable since. avoid at all cost.

I ordered a phone, fully paid, and I was supposed to get it within 2-3days. But I got a call from customer service after 2 days, and they said my order had been cancelled due to a stock-out issue, and I'd get the refund within 8-10working days.
Firstly, they accepted my order, not knowing their stock of products, then cancelled the order after 2days, then said the refund would be generated within the next 8-10 working days!
Is this a kind of business or SCAM ???!!

Another terrible experience.

They delivered a very poor-quality product, and it seems they have no proper quality control process — they simply pick and ship items without checking them. Their refund policy is also extremely disappointing and unhelpful. I would not recommend them at all.

The recent website update has made shopping here quite frustrating. The search functionality is no longer accurate, and the updated categories/filters make it much harder to find what I’m looking for. It was much more intuitive before the changes. Hoping for an update that prioritizes user-friendliness again!

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Ordered from “othoba” and completely regret it.
Worst delivery time - They promised 3-5 days but took over 2 weeks to deliver. No updates, no tracking, had to chase them myself. The product just showed up one day without any heads up.
Worst customer service - Called and emailed multiple times. Either no one picks up, or they give copy-paste replies with zero help. They don’t take responsibility and just keep saying “sir, wait koren”. Total lack of accountability.

Worst service overall - From ordering to delivery to after-sales, everything was a mess. Product packaging was damaged too. For the price they charge, this is unacceptable.

I even emailed them regarding this issue but I got no response back, I'll file a lawsuit against them if I don't receive it this week.

I placed Order #2178066 on 25 March 2026, consisting of three shipments. Sadly, two shipments contained wrong products, and after more than three weeks, there is still no resolution despite multiple complaints and follow‑ups.
Issues faced:

Shipment 1: Ordered Tolsen Heavy Duty Tape Gun (Model 50000), received a WOKIN brand instead.
Shipment 2: Ordered Deli 10‑Digit Automatic Numbering Machine (Model 7510, Tk. 2,197), received an 8‑digit machine and was charged Tk. 2,427 plus shipping.
Complaint numbers 19758 and 19695 were logged, but nothing has been resolved.

One package couldn’t be checked at delivery because the delivery person was in a rush, and another was received by my building security. Expecting customers to open and verify every parcel at the doorstep is unrealistic. Sending the correct product is the seller’s responsibility.
After three weeks of waiting, following up repeatedly, and receiving no solution, I’m extremely disappointed with the service quality, customer support, and overall handling of complaints.
If you value your time and money, think twice before ordering. This experience reflects poor after‑sales service and a lack of customer responsibility.

খুবই বাজে অভিজ্ঞতা হলো। বিশেষ করে যারা কাস্টমার সার্ভিসে রয়েছেন তাদের সামান্যতম জ্ঞান নাই। পণ্য ডেলিভারি সম্পর্কে কোন তথ্যই দিতে পারে না। আমি একটি ড্রিংকইট ওয়াটার পিউরিফায়ার অর্ডার করেছিলাম। ৫ দিন পর ডেলিভারি দিয়েছে তারপর দেখি এটার উপরে ফাটা পরে ব্যাক করে দিছি। তাদের কল সেন্টার নাম্বারে কল দিলে তাদের পাওয়া যায় না

I had a very disappointing experience with this delivery service. I ordered four pedal bins, but one of them arrived broken. When I reported the issue, they asked me to send the complaint through Messenger, which I did immediately.

The next day, when I followed up, they told me they would only proceed if I had an unboxing video. Honestly, who records a video while unboxing something like a pedal bin? I even offered clear photos of the damaged item, but they refused to accept them.

This kind of policy feels unreasonable and unfair to customers. It seems like they are avoiding responsibility instead of resolving genuine issues. Very unprofessional service and extremely frustrating experience.

Very disappointed to Date Ordered: Monday, March 16, 2026 and Order Number: 2166919-1 they are not delivered yet, but my order tracking shows me it delivered very funny the othoba online!
