Fake online shop

I ordered a product and the expected delivery was after 2-3 days and the maximum was 7 working days, but its been 3 weeks and I still haven't received any updates
I tried calling the customer care multiple times throughout these days but no one answered and I just kept waiting and wasting my phone balance.
I even emailed them regarding this issue but I got no response back, I'll file a lawsuit against them if I don't receive it this week.

I placed Order #2178066 on 25 March 2026, consisting of three shipments. Sadly, two shipments contained wrong products, and after more than three weeks, there is still no resolution despite multiple complaints and follow‑ups.
Issues faced:

Shipment 1: Ordered Tolsen Heavy Duty Tape Gun (Model 50000), received a WOKIN brand instead.
Shipment 2: Ordered Deli 10‑Digit Automatic Numbering Machine (Model 7510, Tk. 2,197), received an 8‑digit machine and was charged Tk. 2,427 plus shipping.
Complaint numbers 19758 and 19695 were logged, but nothing has been resolved.

One package couldn’t be checked at delivery because the delivery person was in a rush, and another was received by my building security. Expecting customers to open and verify every parcel at the doorstep is unrealistic. Sending the correct product is the seller’s responsibility.
After three weeks of waiting, following up repeatedly, and receiving no solution, I’m extremely disappointed with the service quality, customer support, and overall handling of complaints.
If you value your time and money, think twice before ordering. This experience reflects poor after‑sales service and a lack of customer responsibility.

খুবই বাজে অভিজ্ঞতা হলো। বিশেষ করে যারা কাস্টমার সার্ভিসে রয়েছেন তাদের সামান্যতম জ্ঞান নাই। পণ্য ডেলিভারি সম্পর্কে কোন তথ্যই দিতে পারে না। আমি একটি ড্রিংকইট ওয়াটার পিউরিফায়ার অর্ডার করেছিলাম। ৫ দিন পর ডেলিভারি দিয়েছে তারপর দেখি এটার উপরে ফাটা পরে ব্যাক করে দিছি। তাদের কল সেন্টার নাম্বারে কল দিলে তাদের পাওয়া যায় না

I had a very disappointing experience with this delivery service. I ordered four pedal bins, but one of them arrived broken. When I reported the issue, they asked me to send the complaint through Messenger, which I did immediately.

The next day, when I followed up, they told me they would only proceed if I had an unboxing video. Honestly, who records a video while unboxing something like a pedal bin? I even offered clear photos of the damaged item, but they refused to accept them.

This kind of policy feels unreasonable and unfair to customers. It seems like they are avoiding responsibility instead of resolving genuine issues. Very unprofessional service and extremely frustrating experience.

Very disappointed to Date Ordered: Monday, March 16, 2026 and Order Number: 2166919-1 they are not delivered yet, but my order tracking shows me it delivered very funny the othoba online!

Horrible delivery time & customer service response time.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. A completely wrong item was delivered without any confirmation from my side, which is highly unprofessional.

This is particularly surprising and frustrating, considering RFL’s reputation in the online business sector. I had a strong level of trust in the brand, but unfortunately, the service and support I received did not meet expected standards.

Based on this experience, I am not satisfied with the service provided through online platforms such as Othoba.com. I hope the concerned authorities take this matter seriously and improve their service quality in the future.

গত ১৭ ফেব্রুয়ারির আমার একটা অর্ডার (2100482) ২৪ ফেব্রুয়ারি ক্যান্সেল করেছে অথবা ডট কম। পণ্যের আগাম পরিশোধ করা টাকা নিয়ম অনুযায়ী ১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে ফেরত দেয়ার কথা থাকলেও আজ পর্যন্ত পাইনি। পণ্য অর্ডার করার পর এ পর্যন্ত অন্তত ৭-৮ বার আপনাদের কাস্টমার কেয়ারে কথা বলেছি। ই-মেইল, ম্যাসেঞ্জারে যোগাযোগেও কাজ হচ্ছে না। বলা হলো ২৫ ফেব্রুয়ারি ব্যাক করা হয়েছে। যা কোনভাবেই সঠিক নয়। ওই তারিখে বা এর আগে পরে এই পরিমাণ টাকা আমার ব্যাংকে ঢোকেনি। ব্যাংকের লেনদেনের তথ্য অন্তত তা বলছে না। এখন টাকা কেন রিফান্ড হয়নি এটা দেখার দায়িত্ব কী আমার? নিয়ম অনুযায়ী এটা দেখে নিশ্চিত করবে অথবা ডট কম। আমি তো টাকা দিয়েছি প্রায় ১ মাস হতে চললো। এতো দিনে দুপুরে প্রতারণা ছাড়া আর কিছুই না।

এতো ব্যস্ততার মধ্যে এমন অযাচিত এই ভোগান্তির কোনো মানে হয়? ভোক্তা অধিকারে মামলা ছাড়া তো উপায় দেখছি না।

যে কোনও অর্থ ফেরতের জন্য আরও 19 দিন সময় লাগে।
এবং আপনাকে সর্বদা অর্থ ফেরতের জন্য তাড়া করতে হবে।
আপনার কষ্টার্জিত অর্থ রক্ষা করুন, othoba.com কাছ থেকে কিনবেন না। এই কোম্পানি একটি প্রতারণামূলক ও প্রতারণা।

আপনাদের পেজ থেকে আমি একটা নোভা ব্লেন্ডার নিয়েছিলাম বাট সেটা দিয়ে কোন প্রকার মসলা বা জুস কোনটাই ব্লেন্ড হয়না, আমি আপনাদের জানিয়েছি, কিন্তু আপনারা আমাকে বিভিন্ন ধনরনের প্রুফ দিতে বলেছেন এবং ভিডিও চেয়েছেন আমি সব প্রুফ ও ভিডিও দিয়েছে কিন্তু আমি আপনাদের থেকে কোন হেল্প পাইনি বরং আমাকে বলা হয়েছে যেমন প্রোডাক তেমন তার সার্ভিস, তাহলে আপনারা কি বোঝাতে চেয়েছেন নোভা ব্রান্ড খুব খারাপ,, আপনাদের কে বিশ্বাস করা ভরসা করা কি আমার অপরাধ হয়েছে জানাবেন প্লিজ

I ordered 2 products from them and they had a ongoing offer , if the product is over 1k bdt the delivery will be free all over bd. They first called and confirmed everything but at first they tried to scam us in call by saying u need to pay delivery fee but we said about the free delivery then they agreed . later after 3 days they again called in the morning, I was sleeping so I couldn't pick it up. Later when I call them back , they couldn't even recognize anything about my parcel even with all the info provided. Then I contacted them in Facebook and they are saying my order wasn't confirmed and as I didn't receive the call ,it's automatically got rejected. And now in their website , free delivery is only available in Dhaka.

They have automatically saved my debit card information in their payment gateway and will not change it at all. I sent multiple complaints emails and had talked with their customer care people numerous times. They always reply that they are looking into the issues but they actually is not checking at all. Another customer care representative even told me that they actually do not check emai (in 2026!!!). There is no guarantee that a fraudulent transaction will not happen with my card information. Do not trust this site at all with your financial information. If needed, do Cash on Delivery. The most freaking thing is it is run by one of the largest company in Bangladesh, RFL.

I ordered a product. Sent my money. They're neither confirming the order nor returning the money after 2 MONTHS even after contacting them. Just a freaking scam
