Delivery was on time, however I returned an item via evri on May 19th and 3 weeks later I have received no update or refund.

Really pleased with this rucksack. It is very lightweight and has plenty of capacity for a few days' travel.

Nothing wrong with the wetsuits I purchased but they didn’t fit my 2 sons. I returned them 3 weeks ago and still no sign of a refund. Customer service is very slow. Based on this I will not purchase from Osprey again unfortunately.

Returned a wetsuit nearly 4 weeks ago for a refund,sent various emails regarding it and still no response from them!! Customer service is shite

Good-looking, sturdy scooter, and easy to steer. Much enjoyed by my three+3/4 years old grandson. Scooter unfolds and folds down readily and safely.

Great product excellent company

Made a mistake on order, emailed in straight away, 3 days still no reply and they still sent order out.
I should have read reviews before ordering, will not be using again!

I bought six skim boards for the eldest six of my eight grandchildren!
The product is excellent and I'm sure they will be well received when I give them to the grandkids in Newquay in two weeks time.
Osprey's response to my order was excellent with five of the boards arriving really promptly. However, the carrier managed to lose one board and their response and eventual delivery was truly lamentable!!
This is reflected in the 4* rating I gave. Such a shame because Osprey were so good.

Have purchased items from Osprey over quite a few years.
Have never had a problem with them even if I had ordered the wrong size.
They are always eager to help and make it so easy when you have to exchange items.
I cannot fault Osprey at all and will continue to purchase from them for years to come.

The ordering/purchasing side was fine, but the returns service, involving Evri, is average.
1 'missed collection', yet I was in the house and by the time I got to answer the door, the driver had already driven off. They then failed to collect the item again on the date/day that they specified that they would call.
My item was eventually collected and returned by Evri a week ago, yet I'm still awaiting a full refund.
It's not an overall good experience.

Ordered 2x buoyancy aids which were to be delivered in 2-4days, 8days later nothing company just say its delayed but if you reorder it on next day delivery it may come quicker but refund takes 3-5days absolutely ridiculous con- artists!!!

Item was sent back on 12th May it’s now 2nd June and no refund received
I’ve emailed several times with proof the return has been received and I get an email to say they have a high volume of emails and delayed response or that it takes 10-12 days for a refund to be processed and it’s well over that now

I ordered a wetsuit online. It arrived as planned. It seems to be a good wetsuit I’m happy.

Wetsuit arrived promptly. Used once in late spring south Cornish sea and wetsuit was really effective. Fairly slimline and snug and great at locking in a rapid warm layer. Front panel is rubber-like quality.

Osprey skateboards:
Very good and durable for the price.
As much as I like the company I still think I should mention the problems I've had

Problems:
My lonboard had small bubbles in the front part of the griptape, my skateboard had small cracks along the layers and my cruiser had small chips taken out in the trucks
(I don't really mind because I skate in the rain so they're gonna get ruined anyway, they also weren't supernoticable.

Advantages:
all 3 of my boards were surprisingly durable and pretty good quality especially for how cheap they are

my long board has been used in the rain, dropped from buildings (don't ask) ,sent into walls and it still works perfectly fine, the only difference to the visuals is the wood has gone gray and the front is flatter. it's lasted me 3years so far

Evri lost my cruiser but thankfully osprey sent me a new one with express shipping
