I have a great watch collection, this watch made/created by to Brothers @ Original Grain. I own (2) of these incredible watches, but the Esspreso Whisky piece is a fantastic watch that has become my daily watch. It covers all the boxes. Thanks Ryan B. & Andrew B. I have an original founders watch from your Kickstarter and it’s been running beautifully. I bought my son and wife watches last year. My son‘s watch broke and died about a month after I gave it to him engraved and everything a beautiful gift from his father. My wife’s watch just died that was purchased last November for her birthday. The secondhand fell off the watch in an attempt to make cheaper watches you have devalued your product substantially from the shitty new clasp to close the watches to the failure in the movements repeatedly. do better.

Honestly,I picked this company out of curiosity. My husband doesn’t normally wear watches. He actually only owned one, a military compass watch he only wore during deployments. I had seen a few ads for Original Grain, and thought, “Who really buys stuff from a Facebook ad?” But then I kept seeing them more. I couldn’t help but seeing how beautiful and different they looked. So, I figured I’d try one.

I can’t tell you how glad I am that we did. Now, he’s almost never not wearing a watch. That’s all he asks for. Valentine’s? Watch. Anniversary? Watch. Christmas? Maybe 2.

He has a total of NINE watches now. Our two oldest sons each have one. My dad has one. My youngest will when he’s old enough. These aren’t just watches. They’re art.

Beyond that, if you ever need customer service help, it is top tier. And I mean Penthouse Level top tier. They will stop at nothing to make sure you’re satisfied. I’ve only had two issues (neither of which were through their fault), yet they fixed both issues promptly and to my satisfaction.

They’ll always have a customer with us.

I have the whiskey barrel watch and the time setting dial broke. Zero hesitation, they took care of me and sent me a replacement. Talk about customer service! In 2026, just amazing.

I have been trying since 6/7/2026 to get an issue resolved. I purchased a watch for my husband and it doesn’t work. Original Grain has requested a video of the watch not running before they will work with me. I have made multiple attempts to send the video for some reason their system doesn’t accept a video recorded on an iPhone 16. I have sent the video by email and Dropbox as requested and no response. To require a video to document that the watch doesn’t work seems a bit much. I just want to return the useless watch and have it replaced.

I am so happy with Original Grain and the watches I have bought from them. I have purchased a few watches for myself as well as some as gifts. I have been wearing the watches I bought for myself for about 7 months now, and couldn't be more satisfied. Perfect timekeeping and absolutely stunning in design. The watches I purchased as gifts have all been well received. Additionally, I had some questions about the function of the auto winder models, and have gotten great customer service responsiveness. Keep up the great work - you have an amazing product!

One of my best customer experiences ever! I ordered a watch for my husband's birthday, he liked it but it was similar to one he already had. I completed the steps to return it, and mailed it back via USPS. The watch ended up getting lost in transit. I reached out to Original Grain support not knowing if there was much they could do to help me. The amazing Vladimir responded that they would issue a return in full. So wonderful and unexpected! They took a frustrating situation and turned it into a great customer experience. I hope to purchase another watch from them in the future, not every company handles these types of situations with such integrity and respect. Well done team!

Beautiful timepiece. Shipping issue that was my fault was corrected quickly by customer service. Very pleased overall.

Emailed customer service about my watch being damaged due to my own mistake. Exchange a few emails with David, and all the response were very helpful and quick. They got the issue resolved and I should have my new watch about 8 days from the time I sent the first email. Absolutely awesome customer service. Will be a repeat customer!

Was sent two watches. One changed the time multiple times per day while links fell out of the watchband at other times. The other watch was dead out of the box.

When trying to return the first watch, sales guy tried to get me to pay $99 for a mystery watch (special deal only for me and my trouble, but I realized it’s an offer on their site for everyone).

I received a set if watches for my wedding anniversary and I loved them! I did have a small issue with a link in the band and their support team was quick to respond, show care to my request for help and they corrected the issue with zero fuss. I have recommended this watch company to as many people I can that compliment the watches while im out.

I've been ordering from Original Grain for probably four or five years now. I have purchased eleven of their watches so far. This experience was just as easy as the rest. There was even a little bit of special circumstances with this one. I placed my order for my Sterling Spur watch from their new American West collection. I went back to check something a couple of hours later, and the price had dropped by $50. I emailed them asking if I could get the lower price, and they immediately refunded $50 of my purchase price. They've always been very responsive on any issue i might have had. I would recommend OG to anyone looking for a great watch based on quality, design, and service. Great company to purchase from.

I purchased two watches from them. The units are absolutely beautiful. The only downfall was the bands were too small for me. I had to add a link to be able to wear them. Unlike another watch company that I had a very bad experience with, this was flawless.
