The most comfortable sofa
We are so thrilled with our new sofa from OPA Living. From visiting the showroom in London, to the online assistance directly with the team, I have to honestly say that I cannot fault OPA Living.
The ordering and delivery process was smooth and the sofa itself looks and feels amazing. It was delivered at the earliest possible timeframe of the window that was indicated, which made us very happy.
We went for the Cloud Corner Sofa with Footstool and it is literally the best purchase we ever made for our home. Comfortable, stylish and high quality. Would recommend anyone who is considering to get one ASAP.

THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT
THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT. My mother ordered from this company early this summer, she returned items and never got a refund nor even an email back from customer services regarding her refund. Initially we were told that they were looking into it, despite chasing and calling we have been ignored. We are now taking action, please please stay away from this company they are not legitimate especially if you return items. My mother has been distressed and upset as to how they have run away with her money.
I also want to add that they charge £299 per item collection upon return without making this clear in their terms. This is outrageous, especially in my mother's case when the courier who delivered took items on the same day. The workmanship of the Sofa's are of low quality too. I have sent OPA photo's of the faulty sofa we received.

Amazing Customer Service
I haven't received the sofa yet, but I have to say that the customer support is excellent!!! We only found this shop a few days ago, but I wish we had earlier. Great quality sofas, for relatively affordable prices!
We spoke with Doyin on the phone who, honestly, bent over backwards to make sure that we got the sofa we wanted within a week! I must have phoned him about 100 times, and each time he was very friendly, supportive and always trying to make sure we got the right things for us. We also visited the shop in Chelsea, and he phoned his colleague Val to make sure he stayed open for us as we were stuck in traffic. When we arrived Val was super helpful and friendly too, and even helped us move some sofas around so we could better picture them in our home. Both of them were super friendly and helpful and never put any pressure on us. Honestly, the best customer service I have ever had. I'm sure we were quite annoying and demanding customers, so I just want to say thank you to Doyin and Val! Look forward to seeing the sofa soon!!!

great experience - customer care top notch!
I recently bought a sofa (Lola) and had such a great experience. I was really stressed about whether it would fit in my space, but Doyin in the store was incredible. He took his time helping me choose the right colour, reassured me throughout, and made sure the sofa would be the perfect fit for my home. His customer service was genuinely exceptional.
The delivery company, ASB, were also amazing. They arrived on time, handled everything with so much care, assembled the sofa for me, and even tidied up afterwards. They made the whole process completely stress-free.
I’m so happy with my new sofa, and with Christmas coming up, it feels extra special. Highly recommend both OPALiving and the delivery team at ASB Delivery Service!

I have a small problem with my new sofa..
My husband now thinks it’s his new bed! 😄
The sofa is incredibly comfy and beautifully simplistic in design. It’s also perfect for our small dog who loves cuddling up with us — and thankfully it’s really easy to clean, which is a huge bonus.
A special shout-out to the delivery team: they were outstanding. So friendly, unpacked everything, removed all the packaging, and set the sofa up exactly where I wanted it.
Overall, a wonderful experience from start to finish. Truly hard to beat!

Sofa shopping: Great customer service and shopping experience
After searching for a new sofa online we were anxious about buying a sofa we hadn’t sat on. When we found that OPA had a show room we were keen to see the sofas in person.
The showroom had a range of styles and fabrics. We ended up changing our choice after seeing the sofas in real life. Doyin at the store was super helpful, kind and patient. He was not pushy in any way and made the shopping experience extremely pleasant. He took time and our choice didn’t feel rushed. He helped us rearrange the showroom to demonstrate how our final choice would look.
We had a deadline in mind for delivery, so we placed an order, but took swatches to try the colours at home before confirming our choice by email. My wife is glad we did as we ended up going for a different colour which looked better in the natural light of our home than our colour preference from the showroom.
The quality of the sofa seems good and the price is competitive with other brands. However, the customer service and shopping experience with Doyin was first class and helped us to feel confident in our choice.
Communication was excellent and sofa arrives tomorrow, after just 2 weeks. Great experience all round. Would recommend.
