Very high quality sofa
Very high quality sofa, delivered on time, with good communication. Delivery service was really excellent, Peter and Bence went above and beyond to get the sofa set up in my third floor apartment.

Great customer service
I had a fantastic experience with Dwayne at OPA Living. From start to finish, he was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive while helping me choose the perfect sofa for my home. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt confident in my decision, never rushing the process.
My sofa arrived within two weeks of ordering, much sooner than I expected, and it’s absolutely perfect. I couldn’t be happier with both the product and the service.
Thank you, Dwayne!

We visited the showroom and were impressed by the wide selection of beautiful sofas. A special thank you to Doyin who assisted us — he was incredibly patient, walked us through all the available options, and helped us choose the perfect colour and fabric for our custom-made sofa.
It took about 8 weeks to get sofa made and delivered to us and we couldn’t be happier with the result. The quality is excellent, and the colour matches perfectly with our living room design. The whole experience, from the showroom visit to receiving the sofa, was smooth and enjoyable. I would highly recommend OPA living.

Order mixed up - Situation corrected by management
16 FEB 2026 UPDATE: After careful consideration of our needs versus time required to get a new sofa, we decided to forego continuation of getting this particular sofa right now as timing was not in our favour for re-delivery. We called to cancel the order and spoke to Adam on the management side of customer service about our situation. He was very understanding, offering a full refund for our troubles while we reconsider our options with him for later. Adam really went the extra mile for us which is highly appreciated.
Thank you, Adam. We look forward to picking this business up again later.

Cloud sofa show room experience
Me & my partner visited the show room in London yesterday and received amazing service from Doyin. From the moment we arrived at the show room Doyin was so helpful and made choosing our new sofa easy. We chose the cloud sofa and cannot wait to receive it. The showroom was beautiful and we already have our eyes on the cloud bed also. Would 100% recommend visiting the show room as you are made to feel welcome from the moment you walk in the door. Thanks again Doyin😊

We chose Palermo for our Snug sofa
Honestly very happy with our new sofa. We haven't had a new sofa for 23 years so this was a big, considered purchase. I ordered fabric & colour samples first which I'd recommend doing. Positives - very comfy, deep seat so you can curl up on it, lovely material (we chose Palermo for feel & longevity) delivered complete with no assembly needed, came with cushions which was unexpected. Negatives - not as curved at the front as expected from all the images and this was a key element for me so it's a shame, if you sit right back on the sofa your legs can't dangle from the knee as the seat is too deep - you're too far back.
Great customer service from start to finish and excellent delivery communications. Came fully wrapped and protected and as we were having flooring done we left it wrapped until that was complete. Hope to enjoy our OPA Living sofa for many years to come. Order #OPA30467

Amazing sofa and execellent service - shout-out to Doyin!
I had a fantastic experience with Opa Living, especially at the Chelsea store. From the moment I walked in, Doyin was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, patiently guiding me through the different sofa options and fabrics to help me find the perfect fit for my space. The service was professional yet friendly, and I never felt rushed. I’m absolutely delighted with the sofa I chose — the quality is excellent — and the delivery process was smooth and hassle-free. A big thank you to Doyin and the Opa team for making the whole experience so enjoyable. I would highly recommend Opa Living to anyone looking for great furniture and outstanding customer service.

I purchased the Cloud Sofa and couldn’t be happier, it’s incredibly comfortable, immediately want to fall sleep when sitting on it! Customer service was excellent, with prompt responses to all our queries. Val from the London showroom team was amazing, he organised to bespoke our footstool to fit our space perfectly, and was very helpful in the buying process.
Only thing I would say is I wish there were more colour shades available in the linen fabric, other than that it’s a great sofa.

POKA in Kobe Sage with ottoman…
POKA in Kobe Sage with ottoman footstool. Order #OPA29967
We began our search for a new sofa online. The OPA products looked good, but we were wary about buying without trying.
We found our local store in Fulham. They had a great range of different colours and styles. The assistant (Doyin) was super helpful. We narrowed it down to two colours and took a range of swatches home. My wife was keen for delivery before Christmas as we had a new baby due. Doyin encouraged us to pay for our order to ensure we made the Christmas delivery. A few days later my wife called the store to confirm her colour choice. Price was competitive. Delivery came ahead of schedule and was efficient. Assembly was straightforward. We are delighted with our new sofa. Very comfortable for nursing our new arrival. Plenty of room for family of four!
Would recommend OPA. Overall great experience. In particular the in store help from Doyin was first class. Thank you.
Very efficient customer service and delivery.
