Ive been in discussion with Donna Ambler on all the insurance protections required for my home purchase and she has been just brilliant!
She is very forthcoming with her advise and explains the different levels of protection to me in basic terms to ensure I really understood how I would, and perhaps wouldn't, be covered. She has given ample amounts of her time to me and really made an effort to give me a personalised service.

After renting for over 10 years with a bad landlord, we desperately wanted the security of our own home. Due to issues with our credit history and struggling to save for a desosit we thought a mortgage was impossible. We had spoken to multiple brokers and we wasnt feeling confident at all, until we spoke to Richard Davidson at Online Mortgage Advisor. Sheridan handled everything expertly. He checked if other lenders had better rates available before confirming that the rate being offered by our current lender was the lowest available. We secured this deal, and Sheridan then got in touch to say rates had come down, saving us over £200 a month.

I contacted OMA via their contact form. I had a call from Shaun, who took my details and confirmed with me, the mortgage service I was looking for. I was then passed to David, who was ‘an expert’ in the type of mortgage I was looking for. He was going to call my brother, but hasn’t. He sent an email requesting information, which I replied to, but I’ve heard nothing for 4 days, not even an acknowledgement of my email. I sincerely hope nothing bad has happened to the gentleman, but I can only express what my experience has been so far, as a review was requested today by OMA.
