Mark was excellent. I had no WiFi or Satellite connection and he worked efficiently to get it up and running. I have a little one and Mark was careful and ensured the set up was safely done. Overall I am very happy and would highly recommend.

The service I’ve received from OFNL so far has been really positive – both the customer service and the engineer who installed the broadband at our house. The engineer Mark was friendly, professional, and really helpful. He arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Great service – thank you, Mark!

The guy who came to fix our fibre was incredible! Really friendly and informative, explaining what was likely to have caused the issues and what he was doing to fix them. It was very reassuring to understand it all and I really appreciated him taking the time to do that. Even while we chatted it only took about 20mins :)

After being on mobile broadband when moving in to my new home as i didn't know about ofnl until a love neighbour mentioned it , as we can't get open reach here , it was sorted so quickly Ashford fibre were amazing and realised straight away I had a fault ,and they sent mark from ofnl ,he was brilliant. Very knowledgeable and sorted it out quickly and efficiently,and had it all up and running. I know people say these companies are expensive. But to be honest they do different packages and I'm extremely happy. It's so nice to have proper WiFi back. Thank you so much mark.

I phoned See the light with an issue this morning and spoke to a very helpful lady who diagnosed inital issue on the phone and booked an appointment for an engineer to visit asap. This happened to be the next day. After this was booked, we had a text from the engineer saying he could be with us within the hr, shortly after I booked it in on the phone. Paul arrived promptly and got the issue sorted QuickTime. Paul was professional attentive and very tidy with his work thanks again. mike

This is definitely not a fake review! I have just spoken to a lady called Rosemary. She absolutely made my day! She made a sign up very enjoyable, Was extremely polite and made me laugh! I asked Rosemarie if she could go round every single call centre in the UK and get everyone trained to handle calls the way she did! Absolutely excellent. House moves are stressful enough. At least there was a little bit of joy in this crazy adventure! X

Absolutely scandalous lack of service from this company. My father is elderly and relies on the internet for a lot of his care and socialisation. Since moving in a week ago the isp (who are lovely by the way) have repeatedly tried to get ofnl to activate the broadband connection. Three times they have assured us it will be activated by the end of the day. Still they do nothing and don’t even respond at the weekend. Feels like nobody cares.

Whilst the OFNL Network is pretty stable, if you've been used to networks such as City Fibre, you'll soon come to realise how much of a racket OFNL is.
On average you'll be paying £30+ a month for 125-150mb download with whichever of the limited "smaller" suppliers signed up to the OFNL Network. In comparison, I was paying £30 a month for 900mb on the City Fibre Network with Vodafone. If you happen to end up on an OFNL Network, you are being robbed blind for quite criminal speeds in 2025.
I can't wait until the roads around me are adopted and someone else comes and installs their infrastructure. The moment this happens, I'll be off with someone else.
