Fantastic company. Yusuf and his team were fast and efficient. I was meesed about by a firm called ONP solicitors for over 8 months. NPS got my remortgage sorted within a couple of weeks!!! I only had 2 months left before my already extended mortgage offer would've expired. I was genuinely stressed to the max before I was put into contact with this firm. They completed with 6 weeks left before my remortgage expired. Absolutely top class. Thank you and may God bless you with abundance 🙌🙏💙❤️💙

NPS law have been reliable, competitively priced and ahead of the game throughout the conveyancing process. Hannah and Megan in particular were incredibly hardworking.

Starting off with the positives, everyone I spoke to was very polite and helpful. They provided detailed explanations when required and responded promptly.

Unfortunately, this is not where the story ends. I was required to provide the same information multiple times and even point out a line on one of my documents (with 3 entries...). This alone would not warrant the 2 star review.

The biggest problem was when it came to payment, they not only provided the wrong details, it turned out to be leaking the details of another customer. This should never have happened. Luckily, before paying anything, when I checked with their receptionist, she was very helpful and made sure that I got the correct information.

That being said, I cannot in good conscience recommend this firm in light of this mistake.

Hamza Ahmad from the London office handled my matter with great care i used to deal with Sadia Malik Murray who was also great but when Hamza took over he unclogged all the delays from my buyer and pushed my matter through completion.

Fantastic- diligent and friendly.

I had a seemingly straightforward no chain property purchase. NPS law were excruciatingly slow, made spelling errors in emails to the estate agent, made general errors which I had to pick up on (including suggesting my stamp duty charge was far higher that it was meant to be), and overall poor communication. There were a couple of moments of good communication when we did teams calls and when my family member visited them in person (while I was overseas) for which I was grateful. To top it all off, weeks after my completion date, HMRC chased me for payments due to erroneous completion of forms by NPS. It felt they had too many cases on and were overwhelmed - leading to poor comms and errors.

We had a wonderful experience with NPS Law especially Yousaf Shah and his team , he was amazing and made everything so easy for us . Throughout our house process he was always easily accessible and was approachable. So happy with the service.

I’ve recently used Nps Law for conveyancing and I must say just how impressed that I have been with the whole experience, especially with Ellen Sin who handled my case, very profesional and straight forward.
