Thank you to Nicola for a great service! I have used Nicola now (& also in the past) to deal with the title on my deeds and took all the restrictions off for me. Very grateful for all your help & support.

Kevin was amazing from start to finish, he was very quick in getting back to us and communicated with us every step of the way.

Only 1 issue we had was when Kevin was on leave, if I called or emailed for an update nobody got back to me after being told a few times they would - however as soon as Kevin was back he updated me straight away as to where we were in the process.

I was dreading this part of the selling process, what I had previously experienced was frustration, poor communication and a lack of care with previous house selling ang buying. Thank goodness that working with Kevin changed all that. The communication was great and the process was really smooth and guided well. I would absolutely work with NPS again and would happily recommend to others.

I wish I could review NPS' services but sadly, I never even got there. After a first trip where it turned out Nicola was not in the office (so waste of time, petrol and parking charge), I was promised a call the day after to re-schedule a meeting but never heard from anyone. Not a great way to do business and will now look at competitors.

We chose Nicola Phillips on the advice of our selling agent.
I have to say I have mixed reviews on using them. We were buying and selling our property. I am unsure if the service may have been different had it not been for the COVID issues.
All of the staff were very friendly, when I could get hold of them and for the most part were very helpful.
I did find that I had to chase up on quite a few occasions to get a reply, particularly when asking for receipts for money paid.
When it came down to it, in the final stages they worked quickly and efficiently.

Fantastic team. Very quick and, I think affordable service.
I have used many solicitors for buying and selling before, and these guys are the best.
Often with some you feel like the person dealing with you is not qualified, and doesn't answer quickly to queries. With Nicola Phillips I felt like I was a priority and I was being kept in the loop all of the time.

NPS and in particular Kevin was instrumental in passing our family sale through. From start to finish, Kevin was always available when required, quick to respond to enquiries, and dealt with a whole host of hurdles including a difficult estate agent and problematic moving arrangements.

After trialing various conveyancers around Horsham and becoming sorely disappointed with their offerings, it’s an absolute relief to finally be able to work with one who is proactive, friendly, professional and diligent. Would recommend.

Dreadful. Constant follows ups. It’s DIY with these people. Still awaiting for a £200 refund for my elderly mother-in-law which despite writing 4 times on this and complaining to Nicola Phillips herself we have had nothing back.

Note response 6 years later. Am I going to get the £200 then?

Kevin and Sarah looked after our sale and purchase. Both were so helpful despite our first chain breaking, and our final chain having lots of delays. Kevin had us ready to exchange very quickly.
Would use them again and recommend to others.

Terrible service. We were first time buyers and really were looking for someone to support us through the process... which unfortunately didnt happen. Ended up paying way over the original quote!! They are still demanding money from us even though we have paid our final bill. So difficult to get hold of, didn't ever pick up the phone, had to really chase at every stage. Wouldn't recommend them.

We finalised the purchase of our first home in October 2018. We had been recommended Nicola Phillips by a friend and we decided to go with them as they are a small, local firm who specialise in property. We were very impressed by the experience and would recommend the firm and Kevin particularly. We never actually got round to meeting Kevin which made his diligence and attention to detail all the more significant. We didn't have the easiest vendors to deal with and their own conveyancers were quite slow. It was only later in the process that we realised how much Kevin had to chase them up on top of the work he naturally had to do with the conveyancing. He managed it all very professionally and always kept us well informed by email. We thought that the firm's 9am-5pm opening hours would be a problem as we both work full time, but it never was and most information we were able to send via email or drop in after work through their letter box. From start to finish it was all done very quickly and the only delays were caused by the other conveyancers, which just served to prove how good Kevin was by comparison. Their costs were also very reasonable and never went beyond what was estimated. Thank you Nicola Phillips
