Service excellent all round
All the aspects are handled very well and no Call centre .Ohone directly answered by knowledge ale person.You always get like for like car and they have their own fleet of Teslas.

Refreshingly easy to deal with and great policies!
I found the policy for our Tesla at Novo not to be the cheapest, but the most comprehensive when it came to the cover and the flexibility of needing cover for car wrapping/PPF, something our previous insurer would not entertain. Rachel at Novo did a fantastic job preparing a quote and then followed up personally to set up the policy. I've heard great things about NOVO, hopefully we should not need to claim, but I rest easy that if we did, we are properly covered.

A cut above
As always: helpful, courteous, non pressured renewal service. Nowhere near the cheapest, but easily the best for customer service and included details. Maybe an odd point, but I like that the price seems to be the price - no new customer discounts, and the feeling that no-one is getting a better deal than anyone else - a real bugbear of mine about other companies. Fortunately not had to claim though...
