Novadown Omdömen

Wonderful updates with this company on dispatch of item.

Very helpful and sorted problem out straight away

Thanks for the pillows. Kids love there's.

Great quality & quick easy delivery. Will definitely order again.

Very good pillow servicing and affordable and not waste an expensive pillow. With a new casing it's like a new pillow.

High quality product exactly as described, easy on-line ordering and delivery.

Every time I’ve purchased an item I’ve been delighted with the quality and service

Purchased two covers for my dogs bed. Deliver time was what the website suggested it would be (about two weeks) and the covers are good quality and fit the bed well. Good pricing also.

Dog loves her new bed

Very pleased with the pet bed cover, so is the dog :)

Love the products and service has always been fantastic.

You were quite slow to dispatch this item. I purchase online quite frequently and most other companies are quite a lot faster dispatching orders than you are (most will dispatch within 24 hours of the order being placed or the next working day).

I would not order from you again if I needed something quickly.

We were very happy with the sale price of the item we purchased.

It is a pleasure to deal with Novadown. Our parcel arrived very promptly and we were informed when it was going to be sent. Very happy with the service. Heather Burden, Hamilton

Daisy loves her new bed! So snuggly and soft. Great for me that it is washable too. I bought the small and it fits her soft crate that is in the sitting room perfectly, it’s also so light it is perfect to use in the car and at work. You don’t have covers yet in this size but I found an old lodge pillow sized pillowcase in the cupboard, fits brilliantly.

I've made multiple purchases and returned a doona for cleaning. Fast, reliable and courteous every time.

Beautiful and high quality products. Have purchased Bamboo sheets (which are divine) and great quality pillows. Would always go back for more when needed.

Purchased a Hungarian Goose Down Summerweight Duvet. Excellent product, beautifully made, perfect weight for summer. A short production delay, followed by professional communication from Novadown and a new delivery timeframe, resulted in receiving our duvet plus a bamboo pillow for the wait. So 5 stars for outstanding customer service as well. Thank you, Novadown.

Very helpful and I am very happy with my new pillow.
I have a troublesome neck and this is the only pillow that gives me a good night sleep and allows me to wake pain free

Recently purchased the 95% Hungarian Goose Down Duvet. It is both very warm and light - just as they say in the advertising. We are extremely pleased with our purchase. We did make an amateur mistake however. We bought a queen size duvet for a queen bed. This does not allow for a great deal for movement during the night if there are two of you fighting for the duvet! Thankfully there is an excellent service that allowed us to send our queen duvet back and have it made into a king at a modest cost. Novadown customer service has been outstanding.
