Helpful, reliable service at Nissan
All staff were very friendly, efficient and listened to what we wanted. Our new car was sorted out quickly without any hassle. Luke was great and answered any questions we had, also the head of services was very helpful. Our new Qashqai is fab!

Awful experience
I used to trust these people, but they break my trust. First of all I order car with them when I get there only to find out that the car is broke down And did not tell me anything till I got there. Later, I order a Another car and everything was fine only to find out a month later that the first car which was broke down Finance was not Cancel so now I’m paying two cars mean why I have only one car. After the first car, it took me about seven days before getting the other one and this took me almost 500 pounds for travel only. I have reported this issue and nothing has been done about it.

Poor afterservice
No after service to ask if everything is ok with the car or if I am happy. I am mentioning this as their has been a few issues with the car and I have been speaking to different people without anything being resolved.

He made sure that we had all the information from the start, we received the video of the car before the collection date and after the sale Logan called us to check if we are happy with everything.
