Paige in afersales - 5 star service. Car went in for a leak and it was a full strip down. I told them needed vehicle back for my trip to journey and it was ready 2 days early. Can't fault them at all.

AVOID - Constant problems
My friend bought a Ford Kuga from these guys and he has had so many problems with the car - even stuff they promised to fix has not been fixed.
The day he drove away with the car, when he got home the engine light came on. NWA asked "did you inspect the car when you collected it?" - what a load of rubbish !
When the car was purchased they were asked to fix a leak in the boot - this was not done and when it rained, it leaked.
They were asked to test and replace the battery - they did not and we ended up buying a new battery.
We also ended up fitting a new speed sensor as well as tracing an electrical fault and fixing that too.
The log book has not been sent to DVLA and we are 6 weeks down the road now. We told them about the problems and they said to call back - we went once and they said "Oh you should have come at 9am, the ramps are not free now". Its all excuses and I would definitely avoid this company - they are selling vehicles with problems and they are best avoided.
In summary - they sold us a car with problems and made all the excuses under the planet. They also like to talk over you when you call them and say things like "I was not there when the sale was done" etc.. => usual bogus excuses and arguments on the phone.

Good morning, Thank You for your feedback, I have checked with the After Care Dept and got a copy of the call recording you had with our representative yesterday, at the point of sale you dealt with me and due to your friend’s poor language understanding you did all the transaction and deal for him, as you were aware, the vehicle was almost £1500 behind the Autotrader Market Valuation Price, not because the vehicle was faulty but due to our vast buying power we can offer these huge savings on to our customers, as well as being very cheap the vehicle got an MOT, Service and we replaced the Timing Belt, Water Pump and Aux belt too, all areas of concern were addressed and you fully inspected the vehicle when you collected it a week later with no concern’s.
All sold vehicle V5’s are sent to the DVLA within a week of collection, you claim five weeks later you still haven’t received it, were sorry about this, you can either contact the DVLA or please email me a copy of the Green Slip and I will Gladly chase a replacement one for you.
Your friend had an appointment for some warranty work and was requested to arrive at 9am as he was insistent on leaving early, unfortunately, he arrived late to traffic and was late for his appointment, we still tried to squeeze him in but advised him that if we require parts then he will have to wait, he advised that as he was rushing he had no qualms and would re book it back in for the works.
The vehicle has a full component warranty on it, please contact me at aftersales@nwaltd.co.uk and I will be more than happy to look in to any warranty issue that you have, also please send me a copy of your V5C 2 and I will address that matter with urgency.

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service! Shami was very attentive and made us feel at ease. Kept checking how we was feeling and very open to hearing any concerns. Would definitely recommend to come get your car from here, I even traveled Nottingham to get this deal done.
