No replacement vans
My van went in over Christmas for a few things I picked it up and later that day charging system service now warning came on took it back was told alternator needs replacing.left it with them the only van they could give me was a transit which had not been cleaned nor fit for purpose for my job but it got me home and as I thought my won’t be in long,after a week I phoned them and was told that my van will be sold as it’s 4 years old and done 85000 miles so I’m stuck with a van witch is not fit for my job.I phone them every other day for a van and all I get is we don’t have small vans.what am I suppose to do.why could they not wait to sell my van until they had a replacement vehicle for me.

I completely understand your frustrations and I can assure the branch will be doing everything they can to source a more suitable vehicle for you, unfortunately due to vehicle safety and duty of care sometimes we do have to sell our vehicles and this would not have been done unless absolutely necessary.

Excellent service, would fully reccomend.
The customer service throughout has been excellent. We mainly deal with the Huddersfield branch and I cannot fault them. Saqib, has been excellent in providing updates on our new fleet. Lee & Ashleigh have always been so helpful when we have needed vehicles or other help regarding our lead in vans.
