AMAZING PRODUCT SUPPORT & CUSTOMER SERVICE even the product was bought 9 years ago
We bought NOLO living trust software (WQP5C) to use for our original LV trust with 2005 LT SW version.
NOLO technical support guided us throughout the amendment we did in 2005 by sending us the 2005 LT SW version. We misplaced the 2005 LT SW CD.
Today, DEC 12, 2013, we have to do another round of amendment -- NOLO helped again with sending us another 2005 LT SW version. We failed to retrieve our old 2005 LT SW from the old lab top due to its malfunction.
NOLO respond to our request in less than 24 hrs and it was a greatest customer service I have ever experienced with. A great help and technical support to a product that was purchased 9 yrs ago.
On top, our living trust has a perfect review for its completeness and solid trust document by a CPA, a Financial Advisor and a Trust lawyer. I trust NOLO product and appreciate the great product support and customer service we received.
NOLO is an amazing company. I LOVE NOLO

"Patent It Yourself" is the ultimate patent preparation guide
This guide is the only book that the inventor needs. When I first purchased it, I didn't know anything about the patenting process. After reading it completely, and referencing it continually, I feel capable of preparing my own application. I have written many claims, and I have even prepared one specification. I do not have the funds to hire an attorney, so this book/guide has been a blessing. And even if I did have the funds to hire an attorney, this book/guide would have made it possible for me to work directly with him in the preparation of my application.
Thanks a million NOLO. And may you continue to empower people to do for themselves.
