After extensive typing in brief description box it would not submit all of my efforts and was a huge waist of my time and emotional Stress

The code to download the forms did not work and each time I called the customer service number I was cut off immediately after pressing 1.

I bought their guide which included downloadable forms. The link to the forms did not work. When I tried to get assistance the chat "assistant" tried to bait me into an attorney.

This company has aligned this website of crooked attorneys to ripping off clients and not representing them. And then when you reach out to them, they tell another lie. John B Tucker law 2011 Commerce dr, Suite 100, Peachtree City, ga. Is a crooked attorney this company referred who refuses to give me my money back. These people need to be reported to BB and removed. I will be contacting the news. People work hard for their and in need of legal help just for someone to legally rob them. These lawyers are frauds and need to go to jail. Theft by deception! This has to stop. I will not let this go until I get my money back! CROOKS!

I asked for help I got a phone call to tell me that they could not offer me any help or even advice basically because I didn't say I was going to hire them for a lawyer right away it's a scam they say they help people but they just want your money for nothing and to do nothing for you do not go through them for nothing

SCAM. Nolo attorney referral service offers "non-exclusive" referrals, meaning they sell the same "lead" to as many attorneys as they can get to buy the lead. Further, the leads are of poor quality - "How did you get my number, I didn't request a call from anybody?" or "You are then 8th attorney to call me in the last half hour!"
Cancelled immediately.

Another attorney in this office was recommended. Unfortunately, he was not taking new clients. I settled for Damian Nash. It proved to be a terrible decision. The hallmark of an effective attorney is excellent communication skills between the attorney, his staff, and his clients. An attorney should keep clients updated on all developments, and thoroughly explain legal terms and the processes to ensure they are understood. Equally important is having competent, responsible, and dependable office staff who will forward all forms of communication to the attorney. All of these were blatantly lacking. Important emails were overlooked and not sent to the attorney. The attorney met my inquiry regarding these issues with anger and a defensive attitude. Damian Nash was unresponsive, uncommunicative, and displayed an unprofessional response to my concerns. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE. I am a businesswoman who treats clients with the respect they deserve. He needs to do the same!!!

Nolo is how Martindale now sells leads from clients to attorneys. The program is garbage, very bad leads that Nolo charges for, but refuses to refund under its stated refund policy. Every email from them, the representatives that sell the service is a SalesForce template email. If you reply, you never get a human. I hate this company for its, IMHO, deceptive practices.

I admit this 1 star review isn't totally fair since I didn't use the services.
I didn't even get past the A. I. chat bot which "ASSURED" me it was a human being. If you have A.I. that's programmed to lie, how can you trust anyone else in the company?
And PLEASE, Nolo.... Don't respond to this and insult my intelligence with MORE lies. I know the difference between a human and a robot. The best thing you can do is admit your mistake and move on.

100% would not use this attorney company sent the request, even called because I never got a email/response. Was told that an attorney would reach out 3 days later still no answer much better off going with another attorney company. Complete and utter joke for attorneys!!!! They even said they would contact within 1 business day.

I agree with the reviews. They sent requests for two different lawyers to represent me and started off the request with;
"I is looking for representation."
Gotta be kidding me!
Be careful with this one. Once they put referral information in to Attorneys to represent you, they can make you look like a damn fool and a laughing stock. Because you can't change the information they send to referrals.

Was referred to a legal office by nolo and the office had never heard of them or me. They said that they didn’t even do that kind of thing. Tried to contact nolo by phone and it was a dead end smoke screen. Every option would just hang up on you. I tried to email them and it would just be retuned saying address didn’t exist. So I would say they are a fraud and don’t give them your information

Several days ago I requested a lawyer referral. I've gotten no messages -referrals. After reading the reviews, apparently it happens a lot

Most of the leads received were fabricated and/or from people that were not looking for an attorney. Then to make matters worse, Martindale’s Nolo support team was useless and refused to credit the false leads and yet, I continue to receive solicitations for the horrible product.

What can I say other than that Jerome “Jerry” Lee, Esq is great at what he does? He was very understanting of my situatation, helping me out a great deal by being thorough with my Amex case & being able to obtain a reasonable settlement. He is professional & kept me informed at every step of the way. I highly recommend him.

What a useless service! They claim to have real people in chat but they only respond with the same pre-written macros. Twice I already explained in chat and on online form where I need a lawyer, because the case is not in my state, but they keep sending me referrals for the city I live in.

Crap attorneys and the site “third parties out” the chat section & lies about confidentiality of chats to find an attorney on the Nolo.com site. No complaint process. Your information is at risk. Volunteer nothing of your details to this mess. Run to a real legal site like AVVO and stay away from this free-for-all nightmare. Omgosh and even their response below has more lies.

Absolute waste of time and money. Better to save your money and just randomly call people in the phone book.
