Their service and attention to detail is second to none and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable property inspection company.

I cannot recommend John W from No Lettings Go, Glasgow highly enough. From beginning to end, he was exceptionally personable, understanding and professional. He took the time to listen, explain everything thoroughly and made what could have been a stressful inspection process feel easy, clear and reassuring.

What stood out most was how fair, approachable and considerate John was throughout. He was extremely thorough and professional, while also taking the time to understand my concerns and make me feel completely at ease. It’s obvious that he takes real pride in his work and genuinely cares about the people he deals with.

Terrible company, scammers. They take extra money from landlords to write fake damages on the reports.

On top of many incidents, they claimed the door of a dishwasher was missing, when in the actual picture taken by them the door was there .

If they are being used on your property, ask your landlord to change them right away.

The inventory clerk stated, in his own words, "I don't do that much of a detailed inventory", when I questioned all of the glaring issues missed on the inventory.
He quoted parts of the house as having a
'hotel clean' when there was clear dirt and mould on multiple areas of the house. When a private cleaning company were arranged to come after we moved in, they stated that the house needed 20+ hours and a team of multiple cleaners to get up to the standard quoted on the inventory. The clerk seemed to deliberately take pictures of the house from angles that did not show up the many blemishes of the house. It was like the inventory company and landlord was working together.

The most glaring issue on the report is that the clerk stated the carbon monoxide alarm was tested and working. It was not, in fact, working. It had a fault.

I immediately raised this with one of the senior management of the company and was basically told 'we are not experts in checking if equipment is working'. Yet he was competent enough to say it was working.

From my experience, this company seek to support the property management/landlords in their interactions with tenants. Tenants get no protection from these people. They work together to extract every single penny from you. It feels like a trap. You need an inventory, but these types of companies apparently willfully ignore the obvious, glaring issues, before you move in and then charge you for them when you move out.

Our landlord changed the contract so that he can do the check-out inventory on his own with the clerk. No doubt when we move out we'll be getting charged for all the things that the clerk conveniently missed.

Ultimately, if you want to ensure that you get a fair deal, it's better that you get an independent inventory company that is not found by either the landlord or the property company. It is like they are using the fact that many of us struggle to get a mortgage from a bank to totally take advantage of us.

We've commissioned 2 inventory inspections with Nolettinggo so far and are the process of arranging 4 more. I've been very impressed with their service to date. I have found them to be extremely responsive, friendly and professional. The inspections have been efficiently arranged and comprehensive and useful reports produced very quickly. They are also happy to be available to provide any advice.

Sadia from No Letting Go did our checkout report. Firstly, she was 20mins late. Even more frustratingly, in the checkout report she stated ‘responsibility of the tenant’ for multiple things that could clearly be seen on the inventory report, and therefore I evidently was not at fault.
This incompetency caused me to have to lay out my evidence to TDS and go through a dispute to get my deposit back.
How do you not read the inventory report before doing an inspection?

Please note that I understand the role of No Letting Go, but recording the condition of the property inaccurately affects the landlords decision on the deposit, so it still comes down to the incompetency on your part.

No Letting Go West Berkshire conducted a move-out inspection in the last 30 days on a property I rented. The inspector showed up with the incorrect inventory report and took 2+ hours to complete the inspection.

I was physically present at the home towards the end of the inspection, and the inspector told me there likely wouldn’t be any charges because the house was extremely clean, wear and tear excepted.

The inspector proceeded to submit a report listing cleanliness issues that I could have resolved during the inspection. I paid a professional cleaning service to clean the home prior to the inspection, and they gave me a 7-day warranty that I could have used to fix the deficiencies, or I could have fixed myself due to their simplistic nature.

Do not trust this company.

Company replied stating their job is submit an inspection report to landlord. I’m not disputing NoLettingGo’s role. I’m disputing the inspector firstly showing up with the incorrect inventory and subsequently filing “tenant deficiencies” in her report that could have been fixed the day of the inspection, to include cleaning one toilet and bath tub. I used a professional cleaning agency that gave me a 7-day warranty to come back and re-clean any deficiencies, which expired before the landlord gave me the results of the inspection. I have now had to use a dispute service to return my security deposit over shady reporting practices by the NoLettingGo inspector.

We are using Sarah in their Bristol North Office. She is amazing. Organised a visit to our empty Property at very short notice. The report was very thorough - with better Photos than our estate agent! Identified a few issues we were unaware of. We Live in Spain so it is good that we now have complete peace of mind that we will receive good timely information going forward.

I had a very disappointing experience with the checkout service carried out by Lloyd Price at No Letting Go.
The checkout report prepared by Lloyd led to my landlord initially proposing a £680 deduction from my deposit, including carpet replacement, wall repairs, cleaning and other items. However, after I carefully reviewed the signed check-in inventory, I discovered that the bedroom carpet already had an “iron burn near the window” recorded at the start of my tenancy. This key piece of information was not taken into account during the checkout assessment, and the landlord later acknowledged this was a mistake and removed the carpet replacement claim.
The check-in report also recorded pre-existing wall marks and confirmed that the property was handed over in a “good domestic standard” rather than a professional cleaning standard. I had to spend a significant amount of time reviewing both reports, gathering my own move-in photographs, and challenging the conclusions to prevent deductions that were not supported by the check-in evidence.
A checkout assessment should be a careful comparison between the condition at check-in and check-out. In my experience, this comparison was not carried out with the level of accuracy I expected, particularly considering that the pre-existing carpet damage was clearly documented in the signed inventory.
To be fair, the original check-in report itself was detailed and ultimately helped me challenge several points. However, my experience with the checkout assessment carried out by Lloyd Price has left me concerned about the attention to detail and accuracy of the process.
I would strongly advise tenants to review their check-in and checkout reports carefully and not rely solely on the conclusions stated in the checkout report.

I use Ghias from the Wembley office for inventory reports for my flats, and he has been a big help to me. He's a great guy, is very thorough with his reports, and always helpful with any questions I have. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for such a service in the London area!

Items that were damaged have been missed - too late to pursue with the outgoing tenant and I have an issue with the phrase 'average domestic clean' (in my experience this means requiring extensive deep cleaning at the landlord's expense). Properties left in a dirty state and vacation reports worded very much in favour of the tenants.

We really have a great experience working with Mark, our inventory clerk from Ealing No Letting Go. he does amazing turn around inventories for us at Rehearsal Rooms. He is always professional, polite, and incredibly accommodating. Mark consistently goes above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free, and his friendly approach is always appreciated. Reliable, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with — highly recommended!
