Au fil des ans, je fais le constat suivant: acheter des sneakers via le site (ou appli) s’est s’assurer d’obtenir des articles avec des finitions aléatoires, traces de colle, découpes inachevées….
Nous sommes habitués de la marque (moi-même une grande fan du modèle dunk low) et nous utilisons tous les canaux pour nos achats, cependant le constat est décevant pour les commandes en ligne.
Aussi, les échanges avec le service client ne sont pas aisé, un service chat et téléphonique toujours surchargés.
Mon commentaire a été rédigé après avoir réalisé plusieurs commandes sur l’année 2024 (9 paires).
Cependant en boutique, rien à signaler.

Siamo andati allo store nuovo dentro il centro commerciale nave de vero, personale gentile e sorridente nonostante la frenesia del periodo natalizio, ci ha serviti Regina e oltre che ad essermi congratulata con lei di persona vorrei farlo anche qui una ragazza molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha aiutati a trovare quello che avevamo richiesto in maniera impeccabile, torneremo sicuramente ad acquistare in questo store

Stay away from this bad site. i ordered 3 pair of nike from the nike website only to receive 2 pairs. But the 3 pairs are marked as shipped and the customer service told( after waiting 1 hours for someone to chat) that they will take 7 days to look into that. They charge you from a fiscal paradise where they dont pay taxe and follow no law.

Really poor service from Nike and its courier. After a week of being given the run around, my order remained unfulfilled. The order was placed for 2 trainers when the website had the 25% off promotion. I could be way off the mark, but I think the orders are deliberately not honoured once it gets processed.Shipping is used as an excuse for failed delivery and subsequent refund.This has happened to me 3 times and each time a promotion was on. When ordering on full price never an issue. Nike ‘agents’, ‘athletes’ and ‘assist’ all unhelpful and really couldn’t care less. This company is using its position in the market to not be bothered. Shop elsewhere

L'un des pires support !
Commande faire et soit disant disponible en point relais.
Je contact le support Lundi mais me dit qu'il est disponible donc fait une enquête.
Là on est Vendredi et je l'ai est contacté tous les jours depuis Lundi mais ça n'avance pas et par chat toujours le même discours.
Je vais surement devoir contacter ma banque ainsi qu'une association de consommateur pour avoir mon remboursement

Bought a top from Nike Factory, too small so wanted to change or return. Googled to see if I could take back to a Nike Store which it states I could. The assistant said I couldn’t exchange or return at the store and was quite rude and unhelpful!

This company send damaged shoe and can't send replacement. I ordered shoes for my son birthday and shoe is damaged i ask then send me new pair and I return old one because I dont have time for wait new shoes but they didnt give me other option. Before they send items to people they need to do quality check.

I had a quick chat with an online customer service staff. I asked him for the release day of the Jordan 4 A Ma maniere 2024. After checking he said that: “ you have to check the website everyday, I cannot tell you the release day of the shoes”. I missed the shoes because they were release several days after.

Great price for stylish snikers. They lie comfortbly on the led.

Trop d’attente pour recevoir une commande, 10 jours et rien!

Qualità davvero scadente, per delle scarpe che non costano poco. Parte frontale piena di colla e che sembra si stacchi da oggi a domani.
Sevizio clienti che ti propone un reso/sostituzione che si stima in due settimane, ma se le scarpe ti servono???
O te le tieni così o tanti saluti, nessun servizio celere pur essendo un difetto “loro”.
Ordine nella norma e nei tempi.

Hice un pedido de unas zapatillas con entrega para el 13/09/24, UPS que era el transporte me indicó que me llegarían el 16/09/24, protesté ante NIKE la demora, me atendieron muy bien y siendo hoy las 11:55h del día 12/09/24, ya las he recibido. Encantado con el servicio.

Købte nogle Nike sko via deres app for 1300 kroner..

Efter 2-3 mdr begyndte de at stinke.. jeg gjorde så den store fejl at jeg vaskede dem, i håb om at stanken forsvandt..

Skoen var så punkteret, og det var vand fra fortov (normal brug) som blev gammelt inde i skoen, men fordi jeg havde vasket dem var der ingen refundering selvom skoene var 3-4 måneder gamle :(

Har ellers altid været Nike fan, men ikke så meget mere :(

Been on the snkrs app for 15 years now, won my first drop ever only to be told it’s delayed, 5 days gone the send me a email to say out of stock?! Not sure this how this is possible I entered the drop and won within 2 minutes! Don’t know why I keep spending money with these guys, drops and quality control is getting very poor, seems they look after resellers!

Tried to order some presents for my boyfriend on Nike's website, had a voucher as well for Nike, however, they do not allow me to place the damn order due to some error. Tried different types of payment from credit card to debit to even klarna, same error over and over again. Tried without the voucher same story, tried to make a new account, same bs, switch browsers, absolutely horrible. Useless company. Now I have a 30£ voucher that i can not use. Instead of payin 90£ for the order from them, i had to buy from a different company ending up payin double the amount because they and their website are rubbish.
I hope they go bankrupt.

In the last two weeks I had two from orders from nike cancelled for no reason other than claiming to be out of stock but when I bought them from the site they were in stock and the order got as far as “processing at warehouse” or something similar then it would change to order accepted and then I would receive an email stating it’s delayed and then another email 2 days later finally cancelling my order stating it was out of stock followed up with “we know it's frustrating when you're excited about new gear and it doesn't work out” like it was competition or something….Now I have to wait for my payment to clear again and come back to me. This is the last time I will order from Nike as I’ve had enough of being messed about. If the item is saying it’s in stock and then they accept my order then claim it’s at the warehouse then claim it’s delayed then why is it cancelled and I’m told it’s out of stock ? AVOID BUYING FROM THESE TIME WASTERS

UPDATE: I spoke to one of their customer service "athletes" this morning on chat on their website who tried to palm me off with this terrible excuse as to why my orders were cancelled, apparently its "because i ordered something that was low stock so there was a chance i might not get it" (has this ever happened to you or anybody else on any other online shop you've ever been on in the last 25 years?? ) when i said to him "but my order stated it had reached the dispatching area and was showing as ready to ship so it was clearly in stock and on it way to me but was marked as delayed then eventually cancelled " he folded and pretended to speak to his manager who i asked to speak to but apparently his manager told him to tell me my concerns would be passed on to the right departments so it doesn't happen again. after telling him i was not happy with that outcome and still wanted to speak to his manager he offered me 10% off my next purchase to which i said " pretty pointless giving me money off when you keep cancelling my orders".. he then told me expect a phone call from his manager who didn't want to speak to me the first two times i asked and he cut off the chat...not only will they lie to you about stock they have in they will also lie to you about it being ready to ship then they will lie to you telling you its delayed then they will cancel it and send you an email like its not a big deal and its a normal thing to happen in the meantime they have made a sale for their books and still have your money and you have nothing and you will have to wait up to two weeks to get your money back... sounds fair doesn't it ?...i'm still waiting on the call from his manager but i'm not holding my breath because that is more than likely another lie.

Accueil désagréable qui t'informe que malgré ta pré inscription, tu vas devoir patienter 45 minutes en raison d'un événement privé.
Nike, on aurait préféré un écran moins grand mais plus de professionnalisme et de respect des horaires.
