Nick Tart Estate & Letting Agents - Bridgnorth Omdömen

A pleasure working alongside the Bridgnorth office, securing a sale for a very happy vendor
They are always friendly and professional,
great teamwork

Outstanding service from the Ironbridge branch. Endless patience and professionalism when faced with very exacting buyers. I really appreciated not having to show people round the house - I never met the buyers - Nick Tart Estate Agents dealt with all that. I would definitely use this company again, and have no reservations in recommending them.

Nick Tart Ironbridge job well done, but Will was the man! he as been more than helpful throughout the process. He has guided us and helped us during the sale and offered his help where he could. Would definitely recommend them and will be using them in the future should the opportunity arise.

I cannot thank the Ironbridge team enough, in particular Louise . They went above and beyond from start to finish on the sale of my home. They sold it on the first viewing day and guided me through every step with ease. All my questions were answered promptly and regularly updates were given to me. Anyone wanting to sell or buy a property i would 100% recommend the Nick Tart Ironbridge team. Keep up the good work. Many thanks Mrs Joseph.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Nick Tart Estate Agents. The valuation, feed back was prompt Professional and detailed.

Nick Tart real estate provided probate valuation services for me and sought out a potential buyer before house was even advertised. They know their clients as the house sold almost immediately to buyers who were convinced to go and look at my property. The agents assisted me with all aspects of the sale above and beyond what I suspect was necessary. Friendly, efficient , personable , professional. All around very happy with service provided .

10 out of 10 for being misleading and deceitful. I'm searching for a detached property. This property in spring village, comes up on rightmove and no where does it say semi detached which it is. Cheers for wasting my time ****holes! I'm fed up with amateur agents who are economical with the truth and deliberately try to hide anything that may make you reconsider. Also the property markers on the maps are very rarely in the place they're supposed to be. Not good enough chumps.

Last year I completed the sale of my house in Telford through Nick Tart. The communication and service provided by Will and Louise in particular was excellent. I highly recommended them. Thank you very much for all your hard work.

Just completed sale of my late parents house with Nick Tart, Ironbridge. Would thoroughly recommend them. Very professional throughout. Kept both my brother and I informed. Will and Louise particularly good communicators.

We purchased a fist home with nick tart recently verry good company we delt with Bev who did our viewing took our offer told us it was accepted and then gave us the keys. was great to have one person to deal with from start to finish would recommend

Fantastic team, very "on the ball", very friendly, they even went out of their way to collect items from my sold property to save me a long drive.
They weren't the cheapest but you definitely get what you pay for and well worth that little extra.
Would I use again? Most definitely.
Thank you guys for all your help with my property sale.

Bridgnorth Office: Alan and his staff have such a good understanding of the property market and are easily the best Estate Agency in Shropshire, so helpful and organised, the Bridgnorth office have been a delight to work with from start to finish.

Alan from the Bridgnorth office was exceptionally quick to respond to the request to value our property. Professional manner combined with a realistic and skilful knowledge of the current market. Very pleased with the service.

What can i say about Nick Tart..... well for a start they did in 8 weeks what another local estate agent couldn't do in 40..... sold our house. I dealt with the Bridgnorth branch and I've got to say that they were fantastic from the start, professional, personal, polite, always available and nothing and i do mean nothing was too much trouble.
Always answered the phone and never lost that sense of being up beat, no mater how many times i called or how many stupid questions i asked.
My only regret is that we couldn't have brought a house with them as well as selling with them.
Big thanks in particular to Alan and Beverley, if your boss reads this then a pay rise wouldn't go a miss. We won't use another estate agent while you two are still there.
Many thanks
Gareth & Amy Dabbs
