Nick Tart Estate & Letting Agents - Bridgnorth Omdömen

Used Nick Tart to sell my house in Newport. Very pleased I did. Sue and her team were very professional, knowledgeable and enthusiastic, providing an all-round excellent service.

We have recently sold our house with Nick Tart Estate Agents in Newport. Our house sold in less than a week. Sue and Jess were very professional and helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Nick Tart did a fantastic job for us. They knew the market inside-out and very quickly arranged viewings and secured a sale at the target price. Alan, Bev and Debb were all lovely to deal with and the whole experience was as stress-free as selling a house can be.

From the moment we chose our home to be marketed with Nick Tart we received a prompt and professional service. Our house was marketed with photos within days of the decision, Alan did an amazing job. Then Bev took over with all the viewings giving me prompt feedback each time. Once the house was sold Debbie took over chasing solicitors and estate agents until we received the completion date. This is a marvellous team of 'real people', communication is their strong point and i would highly recommend to anyone thinking of selling. Thankyou 'team Nick Tart'

The Nick Tart team in Bridgnorth made our first-home-buying experience almost seamless! They were very lovely and kind and patient with us finding our feet! Very much recommended!

As I purchased my house from Nick Tart and had a very good experience 10 years ago it was the logical thing to do in asking them to sell it for me, the whole team are very friendly and very approachable and they are always there for any queries or help.

Excellent service - thank you to Alan and the team at Nick Tate for the professionalism, speed of response and customer care with our valuation at a difficult time.

Alan and team were very quick at responding when we intially asked for a valuation to put our property on the market. It was then another 2 months before we decided to go ahead, but we didn;t receive anything in the way of pushy phone calls chasing us. When we did decide to sell they acted quickly and efficiently to put the property on the Market and ahceived STC within 1 week or marketing. Since that time they have remained in touch throughout the process. Would fully reccomend using Nick Tart.

It has been a great experience with Alan Norman from Nick Tart at Bridgnorth office, he came on time and was a real gentleman and represented his company very well. I would recommend anyone Nick Tart (Alan Norman) for buying or selling . Thank you once again Alan.
