Nick Tart Estate & Letting Agents - Bridgnorth Omdömen

Brilliant from start to finish, Sue and Jess in the Newport office were both friendly helpful and efficient. Highly recommended.

Great service by Alan and Debbie. The house was very old and had never been on the modern market and wasn't the simplest of sales but everything was handled professionally and in good time. It was especially useful that the viewings were handled as we do not live at the property. Ben and John Llewellyn

The team at the Newport office were very helpful and friendly. They assisted with the organisation of the surveyors and electricians entering the property whilst the house was in the process of being purchased.

I have asked for a written reason why the damage deposit has not been sent on. Five polite emails and nearly three weeks later I am still waiting

Outstanding in every respect. From the professional initial valuation to completion in exactly two months, this firm is totally professional in all areas. The staff are polite, knowledgeable, keep you fully updated at all times. I could not have hoped for better service. I would unhesitatingly recommend them.

Sue, Jess and Niamh made what is after all a stressful experience, so much more pleasurable.
Their help, advice and friendliness was much appreciated.
I would certainly recommend Nick Tart’s at Newport if you are thinking of selling a house in their area.

Would highly recommend this excellent team

Best estate agent in Bridgnorth without a doubt!
Absolutely flawless from beginning to end.
Thank you Alan, Bev & Debb for selling our home.

Marketing was very good, very helpful in organising prospective viewings and good local knowledge.
No upfront fee.
A really nice group of people always there to guide and advise
So big thank you

Efficient, honest, helpful and to the point. No messing about.

Sue and her team have been incredible throughout the process of selling my home. There were hurdles and stresses throughout and despite my many emails and enquiries they made the situation so much easier to handle. Thank you so much!

A very personal and professional service. From the outset the approach was matter of fact, honest and accurate. At no time did I feel we were being sold to but rather professionally advised. Their focus was on what they do rather than being negative about their competitors. The process was handled well throughout.

We recently purchased a property that had been put on the market with the Nick Tart Newport office. Sue, Jess and Niamh were extremely professional, helpful and provided regular updates on status, or chased the appropriate people when needed. They are very knowledgeable on the local area and I would highly recommend them.

Sue and the team recently sold a property on behalf of myself and my brothers. Sold to the first viewer. From start to finish it was an excellent service, updating and providing information when asked or needed. A very easy and stress free sale. A very professional service, would highly recommend.

From start to finish Bev and all the team at Nick tart estate agents have been wonderful with mums sale of her house cannot thank you enough will definitely be recommending you x

We used Nick Tart, Newport branch to both buy & sell. Can not recommend highly enough. All of the staff did everything possible to make sure that everything went smoothly. Friendly, helpful & put us all at ease. Nothing was too much trouble. Would not hesitate to go with them again in the future. A huge thank you 😊

The team at Nick Tart were professional, knowledgeable and reliable. Unlike other estate agents I have used in Bridgnorth they did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it, which made a refreshing change after the experiences I had elsewhere. From beginning to end of the sale process Nick Tart were dependable. I am very glad I chose Nick Tart.

We cannot rate Alan and the team more highly. They went out of their way to help us with our house sale and move. They were there every step of the way and certainly went the extra mile. Our sincere thanks for all that you have done for us, Mr & Mrs Allen

Sue and Jess, were on the ball with my purchase.

They noted my mortgage offer expiry date to negotiate a completion accordingly and kept me informed as the purchase progressed.

Professional service with the appropriate level of communication.

Thank you,
Ranj Sandhu
