Nick Tart Estate & Letting Agents - Bridgnorth Omdömen

Ironbridge Branch - House sale
A good experience, everything handled professionally, staff kept in touch regularly

Excellent service from the Ironbridge branch of Nick Tart Estate Agents with the sale of my property. All of the team members were friendly and professional. I was always kept informed of viewings and any developments with the sale. Overall great customer care with a good outcome. Would highly recommend.

Louise and her team at Ironbridge were great. They kept in contact throughout the whole process and answered emails promptly. Louise was great during the negotiation process and we got our dream house within our budget. As first time buyers, everything was new but all staff were great patient and helpful. Collecting keys was quick and easy with a courtesy phone call as soon as the contracts were exchanged. All Covid regulations were in place. I would absolutely use Nick Tart again!

Great! lovely friendly staff made the stressful time of buying a new house all the more easier!

The Ironbridge branch provided a highly professional service with excellent communication throughout a protracted sale. Having also had our house on the market with one of their competitors, Nick Tart were far and away the better of the two, being far more informative, dependable and consistent. Could not fault any of the team and would definitely recommend.

Alan was extremely helpful in responding to an enquiry I had today. Thank you!

Ann Widowson at Nick Tarts Estate Agents, Bridgnorth has worked really hard especially in the current crisis with Co-vide 19 keeping us updated on a weekly basis on the sale of my Mother's property bringing the sale to fruition at a difficult time. We would definitely recommend this Estate Agents.

Louise and Will in the Iron bridge office were friendly reassuring and always there to hold our hands whatever the ups and downs of selling the house may be especially over COVID - good VFM, professional and supportive - Many thanks Nick Tart Ironbridge

Just a brief but top rated review of nick tart ironbridge. The property sale was handled from start to finish in the most professional and efficient manner. All staff had time for me on the telephone and never failed to return a call. I can't thank them enough for how they dealt with the sale through these very challenging times. I now consider louise and will as new friends and I am sure to miss our conversations..thank you so much. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this office to anyone. A pure delight to do business with.

I've recently moved to Bridgnorth and Nick Tart are the letting agents for me.
I can only say that Debbie and Ann are a pleasure to deal with due to both their friendly nature and professionalism.
Highly recommended for Landlords and tenants.

Great agent, helpful and experienced staff, good quality tenants and great service

Professional, easy to deal with, quality adverts, effectively vet tenants and manage my property very well.

We moved into our new home last year. Throughout the process, the Bridgnorth branch of Nick Tart provided an excellent level of service and gave professional advice at all times. We would definitely use them in the future and highly recommend them to prospective buyers and tenants.

Bridgnorth agency provided lettings management and acted in sale of property. service of a very high standard throughout.

As both a developer and a landlord I can highly recommend Debbie and everyone based at the Bridgnorth office.

Nick Tart (Bridgnorth branch) is professional and efficient. The staff are friendly and approachable, guiding you expertly through the process. Any queries or questions are dealt with promptly, making you feel valued as a customer.

Have used Nick Tart services on a regular basis and very pleased to advise we have not been disappointed.

Very helpful and good comunication. Always reliably returned our calls which could not be said about some other estate agents. Anne was always professional and straight forward in her dealings with us.

Very professional team. Great service and very nice people to deal with. Lovely photos in our ad, sold on the first viewing.
Would recommend to anyone.

Very bad service, unprofessional and rude. After doing everything they asked and paying the £360 fees and providing a guarantor and having all checks carried out to a "satisfactory standard".We were told we could not have a tenancy with no real explanation. We had lost our fees and there's nothing we can do about it. I didn't want to give one star but had no choice as wanted to leave a review, so others can see what they are like.
