I attended the ASHP training course at the Chesterfield site this week and found it to be an excellent experience. The trainer was first-class—highly knowledgeable and engaging throughout the day. The facilities were superb, and I gained valuable insights into the products, particularly around controls, servicing, and fault finding. I would highly recommend this course to others in the field.

The engineer was thorough and informative and produced a helpful report which identified any work that needed doing

Much better comms with NIBE this year. Easy to book the service. Dale called the evening before to confirm a suitable time. Carried out the annual service, as agreed. Identified an unrelated leak on cold water supply.

Our engineer had been to us once before. He was very competent and talked through the procedures of what he needed to do and explained why and how, as he was working. His manner was friendly and polite and he worked efficiently and with care.

On time reliable service

Our NIBE Air Source heating system had been running without significant problems for around four and a half years before suffering a serious fault. The company who installed it were unable to diagnose the cause and in the event, a couple of visits were necessary by NIBE engineers because the original problem had caused others which masked it. These are complex systems which are becoming very popular in the UK and there aren’t as many engineers who understand them completely as there are for gas central heating boilers at present.
In all communications, NIBE have been professional and helpful and their engineers are reliable, friendly and professional. David who attended on the last visit correctly diagnosed the fault and was able to get the system running again and recommend certain actions to prevent further issues.
I would certainly recommend NIBE to anyone thinking of installing a heat pump, or for servicing if they have engineers in your area.

The company has done very well over the 15 year we have had the ASHP with no complaints.
However with out the continued repairs being part of the service plan it does appear to be finaciallylly viable
for ourselfs.

Engineer was very good. What is not good is having no idea what time the Engineer will attend. Improvement required!
