Daryl did the annual service on our AS heat pump today. Good communication before arrival, easy to have around in the house, ran through everything with us regarding our set up and recommended any changes he thought we might benefit from in terms of efficiency and running costs to suit our particular situation.

Excellent technical advice from Ben Tunningley - he is highly knowledgeable in SAP so can provide Sustainability Consultant's the exact information required. Super friendly, speedy response time!

I had my Air Source Heat Pump annual service yesterday carried out by Steve Dungworth. He was very friendly and professional and answered all my queries.

I found Ben tunningley to be very helpful with explaining Nibe products and which ones would be suitable for my needs.

Engineer Steve was excellent today.
Communicated everything clearly and was very friendly and courteous

Nibe associated engineer installed our ground source heat pump less than 4 years ago. Earlier this year the pipework developed a leak. Installer declared he was unable to fix so I had to bring in another engineer to replace the problem joint. This cost almost £600. Also fault appeared with pressure vessel. Nibe charged double the normal price for the vessel and the origin installer charged 3 hours for a half hour job. Very disappointed with this profiteering.
