Decent bed, rubbish communication
Ordered a bed that was shown as 'In Stock' via the website and selected a delivery date. Apart from an acknowledgment email there was no contact before the selected delivery date. When chased was told the bed was out of stock (still showing as in stock on website).
Ordered a different bed. It was delivered in two days but had some of the assembly bolts missing. I rang customer support only to be told that they would not accept verbal instructions and I had to send an email. In the end, I just went to Screwfix and bought the bolts myself rather than spending a night with a half-built bedframe.
The bed frame itself (although not out preferred model) is pretty good.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review.
We are sorry for the initial stock issue and the inconvenience this caused. We understand how frustrating this must have been, particularly after selecting a delivery date.
Regarding the missing bolts, we do apologise for this oversight. We arranged for replacement bolts to be sent out, although unfortunately, we were unable to accommodate your request for same-day delivery. We appreciate that this was inconvenient when you were in the middle of assembling your bed.
We do ask customers to confirm any missing parts or issues in writing to ensure we have an accurate record of what is required and to avoid any misunderstandings or discrepancies over the phone.
We are pleased to hear that you are happy with the quality of the bed frame itself, despite it not being your original choice.
Thank you again for your feedback, and we apologise for the inconvenience experienced.

The delivery service was great and the mattress quality is good. However, as a heavy side-sleeper who bought the orthopedic model, I find the mattress far too firm to sleep on without a topper.

Thank you for your feedback! We're pleased you're happy with the quality of your mattress and delivery service. We're sorry you've found the mattress too firm for your comfort. As orthopaedic mattresses are designed to provide firmer support, we would recommend adding a soft memory foam or pressure-relieving mattress topper to provide extra cushioning around the shoulders and hips, particularly for side sleepers. We appreciate your feedback and are always happy to offer further advice!
