Been on a nibe training course, it was taken by dave, absolutely fantastic, highly recommended

Bad, unresponsibe company and useless heatpump product overpriced then customer left with a useless machine, errors a lot, no heating, no hot water, no repair, no email reply, no anything. Shame this allowed in the UK to be sold. Scammed

I have been without heat since 14 December 2025
I have had three engineers out and noone has fixed it
Communication is awful
Noone calls me to let me know what is happening
Engineer has turned up but parts had not been sent
No communication with me
I have phoned so many times and listened to same music until it goes dead
I think i am calling Chesterfield but get out through to Sweden and they say they will call me back after they investigate but do not
It is now 15th January i have had no heat since 14 December
I am at my wits end with them
Noone seems to care
It has become a complete farce and I have no understanding why their communication is so lousy
I have spent hours on the phone
Their after sales is absolutely awful!
Have no idea when they will send anyone out or even if they have the parts i need

NIBE ensures regular communication once you schedule an appointment, and the engineer will even send a text the evening prior to visiting. Craig, my engineer, was exceptionally amiable, professional, and meticulous.

Having attended all of NIBE’s courses, I must say it’s certainly one of the best in the industry. Alan is a brilliant trainer, the method of explaining the technology is simple but effective. But he’s real word knowledge is the icing on the pudding, being able to contact your trainer via the tech desk is great as it opens up trust and speeds up the diagnosis process. meeting some of the team, micheal, lisa and daryl was also very nice as it puts a name to a face. The training centre itself is very good, with live machines to play with, get a feel for and further increase know how of problems in a controlled environment is great. It’s very nice to deal with a forward thinking, confident and industry leading brand such as this. I highly recommend attending the training, you will undoubtedly leave a smarter, more confident and better equipped installer, engineer, architect and developer than when you’d arrived. Well done guys.

Great course presented by Phil. The structure was geared towards Engineers planning to get out in the field. Lots of Problem solving with constructive solutions so couldn’t ask for more.

Well presented course by Phil. The course went to much detail and practical examples, which we're helpful.
Perhaps, I would suggest that the slide handouts were given at the presentation, so that that there is no need to rush to take notes during the presentation.

David and Craig were extremely helpful in the commissioning process of our Nibe units

The engineers were great and got our heat pump up and working quickly. Polite and professional, definitely recommended.

David was helpful, knowledgeable and sorted out potential problem with a partially blocked filter. I feel confident in the service he performed on our heat pump.

On the first call out your driver couldn’t find parking although there was surely some available, leaving us to take another day off work to comply with your full day service windows. That really needs to be narrowed down.
On the second call out, you concluded the service, and noting the catch-pot wasn’t clean, leaving the water disposal blocked. What’s the point of the service if you don’t clean and remove any blockages and replace anything that’s required?

David was Helpful and proficient. I was also impressed by his attention to detail.

If I could give less I would. Very difficult unit to use, almost hideously expensive to run, extremely difficult to get a qualified engineer who can do more than read the instruction book and almost impossible to have it replaced. It is the size of an America, fridge/freezer and makes a constant, loud whirring noise all day and night. No manufacturer help or after sales service. Don’t even consider buying one.
