Thank you for your feedback. We’re pleased to hear you enjoyed our Ginseng Oolong. We’re sorry to hear that the Hunan Green did not meet your expectations and that your packaging arrived squashed and dusty. We have reached out to our warehouse team to ensure this does not happen again.
We would also recommend trying some of our bestselling pyramid teas, including Jasmine Princess, Earl Grey, Milk Oolong, and Kan Junga. We hope you’ll find a favourite among them.

Received at the time specified. Best Earl Grey on the market. Unfortunately some boxes were damaged but the teabags are individually wrapped so it’s not a problem.

Dear Andrew, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We visited our warehouse 3 weeks ago and can confirm that the packaging was in perfect condition at that time, so it’s possible the issue occurred during delivery.
We will raise this with our courier, as we understand how disappointing this must be. In the meantime, please do get in touch with our customer service team, who will be happy to assist you and find a suitable solution.
Wishing you a lovely week.
