Very good quality and service come…
Very good quality and service come together. I went to the shop in Gstaad and the lady at the desk was not only friendly, but gave me quite a few samples with my purchase. I was impressed by the quality of the tea I bought and also by the samples. That made me order other teas. Ordering was straigth forward and two working days later I founf the package in my postbox.

My first time shopping experience from…
My first time shopping experience from Newby Teas but, Unfortunately, the tea bag itself was damaged, and I also noticed what appeared to be mold on the outside of the bag. And the tea bag has a short period of expiration date (within 5months) Since I was concerned about the condition of the product, I did not feel comfortable drinking it and had to throw it away.
The tea was $59.00, which is quite expensive, so I was very disappointed to receive it in this condition. I requested to send others or a refund with proofs of pictures. They refused and it’s their policy.
I am disappointed with my purchase. At this point, I do not feel comfortable purchasing this tea anymore.

I love the tea!
I love the tea (Earl Grey) and buying direct seems best value. It would have been 5 stars if delivery had been a bit quicker, although I think I could have paid more for faster delivery, but then the cost is almost as much as the tea. I’ll make sure I don’t let it run out next time.

Great tea, delayed delivery.
Great tea but delivery took a little longer than expected - ordered on Sunday, delivered Friday. Will definitely use again, but take into account this slight delay.
