NewBold Solicitors Omdömen

I can honestly say Alysha and her team are the best solicitors I have used. In the past I have never used the same solicitor twice as I find them al to be slow and uncomunicative.

It was refreshing to be able to pick up the phone and speak to Alysha directly with any questions. All of her team have been fantastic, very diligent and I will happy to use them again in the future. Highly recommend

I have recently purchased my first home. Jessica’s Team at Newbold Solicitors were extremely helpful and were very accommodating. They made the experience of buying a new home less stressful and were always there to answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend.

A very big THANK YOU to Tracey & Debbie for her help, advice, co-operation, and efficiency.
This is not a one off occasion as Tracey has helped me sell and buy my main residence, sell my MiL residence and purchase freehold on separate occasions over last 4 yrs. In all instances Tracey has been constantly efficient, helpful, and cheerful.
Extremely highly recomended.

Tracey and Debbie were wonderful in helping ensure our completion went ahead in good order. Proactive in paperwork and always available to talk to.

Can't thank Tracey Edwards and her team enough for an excellent service I received selling and buying with a problematic chain as we lost a buyer and had to start again, in order to keep the chain moving acted quickly and got us through to completion in 6 weeks, thankyou Tracey 💐 highly recommended

As a new time buyer I felt really at ease with everything as they were always there when I needed them. A big thankyou to everyone and especially Eve, I really appreciate your patience with helping me especially at the final part of completion. Thankyou so much.

First home buy experience

Today I finalized the completion of my first home buy, from the very start back in late December/early January the process & experience has been an eye opener, Newbold solicitors especially a Mrs. Charlene Griffin have been wonderful, they have been the most patient & helpful company I have used & should look to use again should I move home again in the future, I was to personally thank Charlene for everything she has done & the hardwork she has done & the team

I very highly recommend using NewBold Solicitors to people with there first home buy to there last

As a landlord had a very stressful situation with tenant refusing to move out and I was unsure of what we had to do. Sheikh and his team were so helpful and explained everything clearly and replied promptly. They made a very stressful situation so much easier and I am so thankful to them and highly recommend to others

Maurice and his team have been efficient, client focused, respectful and have gone the extra mile for my wife and I during the purchase of our current house and the sale of our previous house. We cannot thank him and his team enough for how thorough and helpful they have been and highly recommend them. Thank you Maurice and team.

Gemma and Katie were very professional and helpful. Gemma was very thorough throughout the process.
Thank you both very much. Mr and Mrs Obo-Mends.

Tracey was fantastic, she was very efficient throughout the process of selling my home and I cannot thank her enough for making it so easy.

If I had the chance I'd give 10 Stars.
I used Tracey at Newbold to purchase a new home. Tracey was super efficient, replied to every email query I had, on the same day and 99% of the time within 15 minutes of my email being sent. She was incredibly knowledgeable in all aspects, so helpful, kept me up to date with everything going on. As is the case with most new builds, there's a lengthy time frame involved. I knew upon plot reservation that it would be a minimum of 6 months, but Tracey made the whole process feel like 6 weeks. People say buying a house is the most stressful experience you can go through, I can honestly say that I never felt that with Tracey at the helm. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I have already passed NewBolds telephone number onto to several people I know who are starting out on their home purchase. Do yourself a favour, if you're looking to purchase a new home, either from the ground up or as part of a chain, give them a call, you won't regret it.

The customer service was exceptional. Very friendly and no hassle. Kept us up to date with everything going on with the house and the progress.
Definitely recommended for future buyers. Thank you once again

Well what can I say about Tracey and her assistant Debbie.
Tracey was an absolute life saver with her calm and professional manner and her caring attitude which helped me through what turned out to be an extremely stressful time due to the other side's solicitor and equity release mortgage adviser. Both performed in a very unprofessional and questionable manner.
Tracey always answered her telephone calls if she was at her desk if not Debbie always seemed to be there to take up the reins. Debbie was always polite and professional and mostly up to speed with my case and able to answer my queries if not she would always come back to me as soon as possible.
I was mindful that I was not the only client that was being looked after by Tracey and Debbie but somehow they both made me feel that I was the only one.
'Gold Stars' from me and therefore I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone buying a home.

Katie and Gemma were amazing throughout what was a long and arduous process for us to buy our first home. They were always available, helpful and supportive, which for two first time buyers was super helpful. I highly recommended to anyone looking to purchase a property.

Lisa and the team were absolutely fantastic during the process of buying my property, kept me updated constantly during the long process caused by venders solicitors delaying. Well done all the team involved would definitely use again and highly recommend!
