Excellent service. Always responded promptly to questions and were very thorough in investigating everything about the property. They kept us well informed of the process and gave us great peace of mind knowing that everything was being handled to an exceptionally high standard. Highly recommend!

Would highly recommend Newbold Solicitors. Jess and her team were thorough and professional throughout, and kept us updated during the process making it easy and stress free.
Thank you for all your help!!

We can't thank & praise NewBold Solicitors enough for their outstanding service. They were dilligent, helpful, courteous, and prompt in replying. Everything was super professional and we highly recommend them. Special thanks goes to solicitor Jacqui Rossiter and Liane Elms.

Gemma Old at Newbold and team are second to none. I’ve been using the firm for over ten years and they are always my first choice. As experienced developers, some of our transactions are more complex than the traditional transactions but Gemma and the team are always delivering a top class service, they are prompt, friendly, professional, fair on their fees and a pleasure to work with and Gemma is always happy& positive which always lifts the mood when dealing with stressful transactions. One of the important things for me is availability and calling me back if I can’t reach you and they are always prompt to return my call and update me. I’m a very happy customer. Thanks again Newbold, Gemma and wider team behind the scenes.

Having dealt with this company a few times over the last couple of years due to buying and selling properties I can’t fault them. Alysha who I mainly dealt with was extremely efficient, professional and friendly. She was very thorough so we felt nothing would be missed. All emails were responded to in a timely manner and communication was great. I would not hesitate to use Newbold again

Alysha at NewBold has been amazing with 2 nervous first time buyers who had many questions and a couple of bumps in the road along the way which we had to rectify before we could complete. The advise has been precise and explained fully to us, She left no stone unturned ensuring we have nothing to worry about moving forward. I cant fault Newbold or Alysha and we will continue to use them with any future needs.

I used Newbold solicitors to help with my move. From start to finish the whole team were professional and friendly and kept me up to date on everything.

Would definitely use them again

Very easy to deal with and friendly and providing a very professional and quick service

I recently completed the purchase of my new home and had the pleasure of working with Jessica as my solicitor. From our first interaction to the final exchange, Jessica was exceptional. Her communication was always clear and timely, and she guided me through each stage of the process with confidence and care.

She was incredibly thorough, making sure I understood all the legal details, and was quick to address any questions or concerns I had along the way. What really stood out was how approachable and supportive she was – buying a home can be stressful, but Jessica made the whole experience much smoother and far less daunting.

I truly felt like I had someone in my corner who was both highly professional and genuinely committed to helping me. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jessica to anyone in need of a reliable, knowledgeable, and friendly solicitor.

Thank you again, Jessica, for all your hard work – I’m very grateful!

My partner and I bought a house and we were very satisfied with Newbold, they were very fast, always available and above all they made it easy for us to buy the house, many thanks to Jessica and all the staff

I believe they get stuff done the right and proper way and always responding via email which is outstanding.

For the first 7 weeks of this transaction, i was primarily assigned to Berryn's team, and if i'm being honest, i was not at all happy with the service provided. The communication wasn't good, as they would often take many days (in some cases close to a week) to respond to my emails (despite me sending multiple follow up emails), and were giving very infrequent updates. They didn't proactively check for updates in the case frequently enough (missing updates that were made weeks prior, e.g. my mortgage offer), and the slow communication nearly jeopardized the sale, as we were close to the completion deadline.

Luckily, after i started to call them frequently to chase for updates, Maurice Thompson was assigned to handle my case, and he was fantastic. He gave me very clear and frequent updates, and he would respond to my emails very fast (within 30-40 mins in many cases). He was able to expedite the review of outstanding search results, queries to the seller's solicitors, reviewing/processing of documentation etc. Within a week of him taking over, the purchase was complete, and i am greatly indebted to him for his service. If i was assigned to him from the start, i would give 10 stars!

I recently used Newbold Solicitors for the purchase of my new home and couldn’t be happier with the service I received. The team were professional, responsive, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. Every query was dealt with promptly, and they kept me informed every step of the way.

Special mention to Eve and Jessica, both were absolutely fantastic. Their attention to detail, patience, and clear communication made the whole experience so much smoother and far less stressful.

They truly went above and beyond, and I’m really grateful for their help. I’d highly recommend Newbold Solicitors to anyone buying or selling a property. Thank you again for everything!

This is the 3rd time I have used Newbold solictors and Jess and Eve have been an absolute pleasure in which was a very complicated purchase. My wife and i were thrilled with how reactive they were and how well they kept us informed and updated through the whole process! Thank you for all your help and support and we wish you all the best for the future! Mr and Mrs Clarke.

We brought our first home with the help of Jessica and her team and couldn’t thank them enough! They made everything so easy and explained it all really clearly.
A massive thank you to you all!

My partner and I used Newbold's to act on our behalf on the purchase of our first property. As first time buyers we was very nervous for this process. Sarah Cook and her assistant Bethany made this a smooth sailing transaction, kept us up to date and at ease during the process, would recommend and use Newbold's again without hesitation.

Best service

Thank you so much to Newbold solicitors you are all fantastic in what you do, excellent service special mention to Tracey Edwards for her expertise, kindness and patience all throughout the process in buying our property would definitely recommend you
From the bottom of our heart thank you all so much really appreciate.

Tracey and her team were excellent at every step of my house purchase. Communicative and clear, with a personable service, it made what could have been a stressful experience very straightforward. I would heartily recommend!

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Berryn Kautai and her entire team for the outstanding support during the purchase of our first property in the UK. From the very beginning, Berryn was extremely professional, patient, honest, and transparent, making us feel confident throughout the entire process.

She clearly explained the expected timeline — between 12 to 16 weeks — and thanks to her efficiency and dedication, we managed to complete everything well ahead of schedule.

Whenever I had questions or concerns, Berryn was always available and incredibly patient and attentive. I highly recommend her and her team to anyone going through this important milestone.

Thank you so much for all the support and once again, for your great patience and commitment!
